I scheduled an appointment & they were right on time! Andrew was helpful with explaining the different options & it was so easy, I’d come back. I have gotten my oil changed at the dealership for the last 10+ years but that was such a great experience they’ve converted me to Jiffy Lube!

I was so impressed with the 2 Jiffy Lube techs That performed my oil change. They took the time to educate me about the future needs of my car and current issues related to our recent freezing weather. I left, knowing that all my lights were working correctly, They filled my tires, checked my fluids & Replaced my cabin air filter. They were also very professional and friendly. Great experience, definite five stars!

The team at Jiffy Lube was great! They explained all of the options to me without being pushy salesman- they genuinely let me choose what was best for my car and budget. They did a full analysis on the car and quickly got the job done. They were also gentleman- I appreciate that they spoke with respect/professionalism and held the door. We will be back!

Got charged 65 dollar oil change for a small size SUV. Customer service was ok, they weren't rude or anything, but I was told I needed coolant which they'd charge an extra 5 dollars for and wanted to charge 30 dollars for some generic brand air filter. Went home and seen my coolant level was fine and paid $20 for a K&N air filter on Amazon.

There was only a short wait before the technician brought my car into the bay. The technicians were very courteous and kept me informed as to my vehicles maintenance needs and their progress. Getting there before 11:00 was a plus due to the $11 discount. I was very pleased with the service and the time required to perform the service. I will go back.

I recently went to the Jiffy Lube in Mauldin, SC at 109 N Main Street, on Thursday, Feb. 20, 2025 because I needed an oil change and filter for my Honda HR-V 2022. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous and honored the coupon I had. I felt like they did a thorough job not just on what I needed done, but my vehicle was checked entirely. I really found the printout helpful that they give you about your vehicle. It keeps you up to date on maintaining your vehicle properly.
