I have nothing but high praise for First Class HALT. The service and attentiveness I received went beyond my expectations. Brian specifically kept me informed daily on the progress of a back ordered part and called American Honda persistently to expedite the process. As soon as the part came in they immediately prioritized my car and the work they did on my Accord was excellently done. I was kept in the loop at every turn. I’m so thankful I chose First Class HALT, their name truly suits them as they really are first class. I highly, highly recommend this auto service and repair shop!!

Lindsey and Don made a repair headache as pleasant as possible :) Everyone in the office is polite and professional. My sequoia was intermittently failing to start in my driveway, but would start after being towed to the shop, so it wasn't possible to diagnose with 100% confidence. Lindsey was patient and understanding in communicating with me, and Don persevered and went above and beyond trying to figure out what was going on. He used his expertise to make a guess and after having it back for a few days, it seems his assumption was correct! Huge thanks to the team and management for exceptional customer service.

Personnel I spoke with were courteous and professional. Inspection and assessment of vehicle appeared very thorough. No issues with vehicle following service.
