Not a good experience all around. I made an appt for a routine Lifetime Alignment service at 2 pm. My car wasn't taken back to a bay until 3:20 pm. At 4:30 pm I was called to the desk to discuss what was needed for my vehicle. That's when the employee suggested an alignment & balance, which is what my appt was for! The employee at the desk then proceeded to tell me they'll have it done as soon as they could. I didn't leave until 5:20. Utterly ridiculous. I tried this location because I just moved to the area and will not be back. I'll drive an hour to my regular location for the excellent service they've ALWAYS given.

I went for an oil change and tires rotation, but the service didn’t test drive or noticed that rotating the tires caused a problem where the front tires were rubbing against metal and making excessive noise making the vehicle undriveable. I ended up having to buy two new tires. I will not visit this location ever again.

Today on 01/24/2025 I am in town for work and went to the Clarksville, Tn Firestone store #303599 at 10:00am for 2 new tires and a rotation on my 2019 ford f250 work truck. I called ahead to see if we can get in to have it done and the lady at the counter said that if we came right away they could get it done within the hour. While I was sitting there waiting I watched 7 or so customers come in and get taken care of while my truck continued to sit in the parking lot. While I was waiting I overheard a call that another store had the tires but they were never brought to the store so I continued to wait and finally after 4hrs of sitting it was finally done. That is an absurd amount of time to wait for a simple 2 tire replacement and rotation. I considered that they had to mold the tires specially for me. I don't even want to know how long a 4 tire replacement would have been. It seems like some training is needed at this store for quality and efficiency. The only plus side of this experience was that the front desk lady was very nice.

Scott is always so personable, kind and patient when he’s working the desk and phones. I had a huge nail in my tire that I acquired on my way to school in the morning. I’m a teacher so I literally had to go straight to firestone after school before even going home after staying late to grade assignments. They were so quick taking care of my tire and I also overheard at least 2 other people waiting in the lobby mention how fast they were taken care of tonight. All the employees were pleasant and made my night much less stressful! Thank you again!

I have used this Firestone for Lifetime alignments. I have purchased 3 lifetime alignments in the past 5 years from this location. My mom gets tires and alignments done here as well. This location at governors square has been the most dishonest. When I first got the lifetime alignment for my Prius they claimed to have done the alignment when they didnt. It took three visits to finally get it actually done. Even though it was claimed they did it. I had to remove the tie rods even more out for them to do their job that I paid for. Fast forward to yesterday, I bring in my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland with quadra lift air suspension for a lifetime alignmnet. The guy said he could have it done the next day. However, 30 minutes after dropping it off I get a call that it's done. When I arrive I am told that they could only adjust the toe. The Camber and caster would require an engine removal and adjustment by the dealer only. They claimed I must take it to the dealer! After charging me $230 for the lifetime alignment. Today I returned and told them they were incorrect and showed the service manual on how to adjust the camber and caster. To which the person then tells me. "Well the guy that can do it won't be here until Monday." I tell her no I want my money back I can't trust you at all anymore. I should have learned that lesson with my Prius. As she is giving me the refund she says she is sorry the tech lied to her and gave her bad information. I really don't know who lied but I do know that I can never trust this store. Do business with them at your own risk... March 12, 2025 Update: Just a FYI... After I received the below comment asking me to message them with details I did. On February 12, 2025 I sent a detailed email with receipts. There has not been any correspondence or reply from them. Just so everyone knows they don't really care.
