Firestone Complete Auto Care Introduce

Firestone Complete Auto Care, located at 350 Montgomery Mall in North Wales, PA, operates within the "Auto Repair Stations" platform category, offering a range of automotive services and potentially selling some auto parts. As a well-known national chain, Firestone Complete Auto Care typically provides services such as tire sales and services, brake repair, oil changes, general maintenance, and various other vehicle inspections and repairs. To provide local users with a detailed introduction to this specific location in North Wales, it is essential to analyze the available customer reviews, which offer contrasting perspectives on their service quality and operational practices.

The services offered at Firestone Complete Auto Care generally include routine maintenance like oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks, as well as more complex repairs such as brake replacements, engine diagnostics, and exhaust system work. One customer review mentions getting their "brakes and rotors replaced," indicating that brake service is one of the services provided at this North Wales location. Another customer had a "courtesy check" performed, suggesting that basic vehicle inspections are also part of their service offerings. These checks often cover essential components and fluids to identify potential issues.

Regarding the environment of this Firestone Complete Auto Care location, the provided reviews offer limited direct descriptions of the physical space. However, the mention of a "front desk" implies a standard customer service area where interactions and transactions take place. As part of a national chain, one might expect a standardized layout and professional appearance. However, the crucial aspect of the environment, as perceived by customers, seems to be the quality of service and the way issues are handled, which the reviews address more directly.

Several features of this Firestone Complete Auto Care in North Wales can be gleaned from the customer experiences. One positive aspect highlighted is the honesty of at least one employee who performed a courtesy check. The customer appreciated the straightforward feedback, even though they were not in a financial position to proceed with repairs at that time. This suggests that some employees at this location prioritize transparency in their interactions with customers. Additionally, the availability of a "courtesy check" itself can be seen as a feature aimed at providing customers with an overview of their vehicle's condition.

However, a significant and concerning feature highlighted in another review is the alleged negligence in performing a routine brake job. The customer recounts a severe safety issue where a caliper was not properly connected, leading to brake failure and a dangerous situation on the highway. This raises serious questions about the quality control and competence of the service provided in at least one instance. The subsequent handling of this critical error, as described in the same review, also points to potential shortcomings in their customer service and management protocols.

The lack of follow-up from upper management after a near-catastrophic failure is another significant feature, or rather a lack thereof. The customer's repeated attempts to contact corporate and the alleged failure of upper management to respond within a reasonable timeframe (and even after an extended period) suggests a potential disconnect between corporate oversight and local store operations, or a systemic issue with customer service escalation processes. The difficulties encountered in getting Firestone to pay for the damages incurred due to their alleged negligence further underscore a problematic approach to accountability and customer care in this specific case.

The fact that the customer was not offered a rental vehicle while their car was out of service for an extended period due to Firestone's alleged mistake is also a notable point. This lack of consideration for the customer's inconvenience adds to the negative experience. The reviewer's strong warning to "believe the reviews" and their characterization of the location as a "joke" should be taken seriously by potential customers. The emphasis that the incident occurred during a "routine brake job" amplifies the concern about the level of care and expertise applied even to standard services.

Promotional information is absent from the provided reviews. Typically, Firestone Complete Auto Care locations may offer various promotions on services like oil changes, tire purchases, and brake service packages. They often have seasonal deals or discounts available. However, without any mention of specific promotions in the context of this North Wales store, it is not possible to provide any information on this aspect. Local users would need to check the Firestone website or contact the store directly to inquire about any current promotions.

In analyzing the customer reviews for the Firestone Complete Auto Care at 350 Montgomery Mall in North Wales, PA, a stark contrast emerges. One review highlights a positive experience with an honest courtesy check, while the other details a severely negative experience involving alleged negligence during a brake job, a dangerous safety incident, and a lack of adequate follow-up or customer care from both the store and corporate levels. This dichotomy suggests a potential inconsistency in service quality or significant issues in how critical errors are handled at this location.

Local users considering this Firestone Complete Auto Care for their automotive needs should be aware of these contrasting experiences. While some interactions may be positive and honest, as indicated by one reviewer, there is also a documented instance of a major safety oversight and unsatisfactory handling of the resulting consequences. The severity of the negative experience, particularly involving a routine service like brake replacement, raises concerns about the overall reliability and quality control at this specific store.

For local users in North Wales, PA, who may be considering Firestone Complete Auto Care at 350 Montgomery Mall, the phone number is (267) 436-3423 or +1 267-436-3423. Given the significant negative feedback regarding a critical safety issue and the subsequent customer service response, it would be prudent for potential customers to exercise caution and perhaps seek additional information or consider alternative auto repair stations in the area. If choosing to use this Firestone location, it would be advisable to clearly communicate expectations, ensure a thorough understanding of the services being performed, and perhaps seek second opinions for critical repairs.

In conclusion, the Firestone Complete Auto Care in North Wales, PA, has received mixed reviews. While one customer appreciated the honesty during a courtesy check, another reported a severe safety issue resulting from an improperly performed brake job and a subsequent lack of satisfactory customer service or accountability. This contrasting feedback suggests that while some aspects of their service may be satisfactory, there are potential risks associated with the quality of their work and their handling of critical errors. Local users should carefully consider these points when deciding whether to entrust their vehicle to this particular location.

Firestone Complete Auto Care Customer Reviews

I feel they did a good job for my courtesy check. Though I felt bad that the guy mentioned he's barely getting paid for my courtesy check I do also understand and if I had the money due to my struggles in my life right now I would of had actual things done with my car to get fixed or updated. However, I did appreciate his honesty. I did have to call back to get the rest of the feed back of my courtesy check as the guy who looked over my car only told me about the noise portion. Overall, I feel they did a good job and were honest. Honesty goes a long way. Thank you.

Recently got my brakes and rotors replaced at Firestone in North Wales, PA. The caliber was never connected on the passenger side of the vehicle. The caliber got stuck in my wheel which caused my brakes to fail. This cracked wheel and a tire blow happened at 10:30pm at night on the side of the highway. I was never contacted by anyone in upper management. Not a director, regional or anyone not at store level management. You’d think that was the worse part, but it wasn’t. The way it was handled after their negligence on putting the car together correctly is why I’m writing this review. Store associates were not giving me updates on my car, so I called. THEY NEVER PULLED IT IN TO CHECK UNTIL 2 DAYS AFTER THEY ACQUIRED THE VEHICLE. By the 3rd day with getting the run around, calling corporate on 3 different occasions, I had the car removed and brought to Acura to service the vehicle for them to pay for the damage. When I called “corporate” I was told upper management had 48 hours to respond. It’s been 9 days. Still no call… I had to wait an additional 3 days after the car was fixed and ready to leave Acura’s lot because they couldn’t get Firestone to pay the bill that they were aware of for 3 days. Acura contacts me today to let me know the bill was paid. Did Firestone call me? No, no they did not. No follow up, no apology, nothing. I was without my car for 8 days, 5 business days. I was never offered a rental vehicle. This location is a joke. Believe the reviews. I was lucky to be able to walk away unharmed in my accident. You might not be so lucky next time. Mind you, THIS WAS A ROUTINE BRAKE JOB. I can’t emphasize that enough. UPDATE! Still never heard back from them 3 weeks later.

Had a great experience both times I went recently! First to get new tires and then an oil change. Alan helped me and provided me with top notch customer service, both times. I was impressed with how fast they serviced me both visits.

I share this review with much sadness and frustration. I have been coming to the North Wales Firestone location for probably 20 years. I have always trusted their work and communication has consistently been good. They also stand behind their work. Gavin has always taken care of me if there was an issue. I needed to bring my car in Thursday evening (2/6/25) as I had coolant leakages from radiator hoses. From Friday thru today I probably had to call them no less than 10 times to get an update on my car. A part had to be delivered from the local Nissan dealership (about 1.2 miles away). It was supposedly ordered yesterday (Monday, 2/10) but when I called on Monday evening, it had not come in and there was no follow up and no one seemed aware that there was supposed to be follow with the Nissan dealership to get the part I needed. This morning was a complete disaster as I called to check the status of the part (9:16am) and was told it was supposed to be delivered in an hour. I came in to the store at 10:15AM and it was still not in. I was met with smugness from some of their staff. I asked if anything could be done to follow up (ie. could somebody go the 1.2 miles to pick it up or make a follow up phone call) and the response I received was there was nothing that could be done. So, I called Nissan parts myself and put them on speaker with the staff at Firestone in an effort to resolve myself which at least provided a more expeditious response to get the part from Firestone. Another response I received from staff was "Oh, they were probably drunk from the Super Bowl". Seriously- that is a customer service oriented response? I then asked to speak to a District Manager- the response to that was "I don't even know who that is". I found my whole experience today met with staff who would not take an aggressive, proactive customer-oriented response and I was treated as though I was a customer who just came in off the street. Finally, Alan resolved the issue and the part finally came in this afternoon. So, thank you Alan. I do not want one of your generic responses with a general email to provide more detail as I have provided you with everything you need. I wish to be contacted by a District Manager or Firestone Corporate as I am very close to taking my business elsewhere after 20 years. Let's see if anyone cares. Part 2. 2/25/25. My son brought his car in this morning around 930AM to have brakes replaced. Waited while work was done. Around 11/1130 he asked the status and was told they ordered the wrong brakes. No communication while he was there; for close to two hours by the way. It is now 1:15 PM and he is still there Finally done at 1:45. And btw, I sent an email to the email address below- stay tuned for the response I get

I stopped in the other night right before they were closing with no appointment or heads up. They were able to help me with a solution until the next day when they were able to get me in for an appointment. I really appreciate their help and service! Keep up the great work.
