I have been going to here to fill my propane tanks at least once a month, sometimes more frequently, for the past 7 years. I have had some of the friendliest employees over the years, but it has severely gone downhill. There’s a new excuse from the employees as to why they can’t fill my tanks every time I go—it’s too cold, the system needs 15 minutes to warm up, I’m on my break for another 15 minutes, I can’t leave a car unattended on the lift and I’ll be another 30 minutes. This morning when I walked in, the employee was laying on the floor in the garage with his earbuds in, not working at all, and I waited 15 minutes to even be acknowledged. Every time there is a good employee they seem to leave within a few months. I don’t know how the tire service is, I can only comment on the propane filling, but do not waste your time going here for propane, you will leave aggravated due to the lack of customer service and awful attitudes of the employees. If I could rate it zero stars, I would.

Very unprofessional service. Never recommend it to anyone. The staff at the counter is terrible. I took my car for tire installation and even after three appointments they are not done balance tires. It looks like they don't want to do their job.

They wouldn't honor the free replacement on my battery despite it saying "free replacement" on the battery. It has a 30 month warranty which i was only 2 years into plus I still had the original receipt but they tried to prorate it. Went to the location in Plymouth Meeting and they honored it immediately. Inept management, great technicians though but I won't be returning. Hope they get it figured out.

tire center only had one person to handle the front desk, phones, tire changes, and propane customers. The mechanic running the shop was extremely nice and patient with the constant influx of customers, but my car sat in garage with no one working it because of the volume of customers.  This is neither fair to me waiting nor the mechanic who was strecthed too thin.

This tire center is the worst! I don't think they actually do anything tire related here. I've had one good experience with a younger gentleman there that was willing to work and find me a solution since he couldn't help me, but any other time they tell me they can't do anything. I've even shown up and been turned way bc they were going to close in 2 HOURS! Save yourself the stress and frustration and go anywhere else.
