I watched the entire procedure, and was very pleased with the care Automotive Technician Max took with my car. Manager Scott is a very nice man. Wish they gave a law enforcement discount. Would like to receive some money reimbursed to me. Many businesses Downriver give law enforcement discounts.

Set up an appointment for a wheel alignment. online that requires you to put in your vehicle information... waited hrs just to show up and them tell me the vehicle is to long.....but didn't bother to call me and tell me that and now I cant get an appointment elsewhere .....unprofessional experience and definitely won't be making them a recommended anymore.

100% Satisfied! Scott went above and beyond to get me back on the road....Him and the crew were able to get me my automobile 4 days earlier then originally quoted. As a single father and using the automobile for work purposes this was HUGE I will definitely return, this is the place for Uber drivers

Shit show, took car in for just basic bulb replacement. Took 6 hours to swap out. 2 days later dead battery. Took battery up there and all they did was told me the battery was dead.... no help and terrible customer service. 1000 % DO NOT RECOMMEND

I got a flat tire the other morning. I had someone come out and put spare on and then dropped the tire to be repaired at Firestone since this is where I purchased the tires. Later ib the day while I was working I got a message stating my tire was repaired that they where there till 7 pm if I had questions give them a call which there was no need to call because everything was pretty clear in message. I stopped by during my half hour lunch but there was a line at the counter so I decided to wait until later. I arrived at 5:20 pm got out of my car and started walkingvtoward the entrance i passed the employee who had taken my tire out of trunk earlier he clearly saw me and said nothing. I got to the door and it was locked next to the door was a sign that stayed they where closing a t 5:30 due to lack of help. It was upsetting due to the fact it was only 5:20 employee did not even address me when I was walking toward the door. I had to start late the next morning again because I drive from one facility to another and did not want to drive on the little spare tire I had on in this bitter cold weather. When I arrived right at 7 am the guy knew I was there to have my tire put on. I made a comment that I wanted it put on the evening before and a courtesy call letting me know they where closing early. To add insult to injury he stated we'll I called you and you never responded back to me. I explained his message was clear tire was repaired they where open until 7 if I had any questions to call back I explained his message was clear and I had no questions but I was there at 5:20 pm and doors where locked not at 5:30 as note on door stated i felt like he was trying to turn this on me. I am pretty much done with Firestone and have cut my card in half (paid off) I will seal elsewhere to have my car serviced ...
