They were super awesome and quick in helping us get our tire fixed. Chris was a huge help figuring out which services we needed and he was great to talk to. Our technician Robert was very thorough and went above and beyond in making sure our car could get us to the east coast safely. I really felt like I could trust their work. I came in for an oil change and when I got home oil was leaking everywhere. They didn’t tighten the nut to the oil compartment properly. I went back and they said they fixed it but it happened twice more. Really it’s unbelievable. I also had a tired replaced and they didn’t tighten the wrong one. Today I came in at 1 pm for an appointment for two tires, which I figured they can’t mess up. But they did, I came back an hour after and the car was still not worked on and nobody thought to tell me while I sat outside for an hour. I believe in second chances, and they messed up every time.

I scheduled a vehicle inspection at Firestone for 10 AM, expecting to wait there. However, on the same day, I was informed they only had drop-off services, so I dropped off my vehicle at 11:29 AM. I was told it would take 2 to 2.5 hours. Every two hours, I called for an update, and they kept saying it would take more time. By 5 PM, after multiple calls, no one answered until eventually, someone told me they hadn’t even looked at my vehicle. They blamed the delay on staffing issues and other factors, which left me feeling ignored and frustrated. In the end, I had to pick up my car at 6 PM without any inspection done. This entire experience was a complete waste of my time, and the lack of communication was unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this Firestone location due to their poor service and unprofessional handling of the situation.

Only went here for an oil change and asked if they could take a look at my heat since it wasn't working and said it'd take about an hour which it did. After they told me the "thermostat was stuck closed", even though my car wasn't overheating. Said the charge would be 520 dollars for the oil change, diagnostic, and repair so I said we don't want to do it. 3 hours later I get my car back and they had changed the thermostat gasket and charged me for it. They made sure to correct me in saying that I told them I didn't want them to flush out the car after fixing the thermostat when I very clearly stated "We don't want to do the thermostat". On top of that there's oil and grime on my car mats now and my steering wheel is a mess. Don't go here, a bunch of scam artists.

More reliable than my previous car dealer! I have finally found a better, if not, the best car service center that outranks my previous car dealership! Firestone Car Care Center, Hilliard Branch, Hilliard Rome Road, Hilliard, Ohio! I’d say, the likes of Jacob Nelson, the manager and this Technician, Andrew James, make this car service center, the place to go for your car repairs and maintenance! Ask for these two people and you too will experience what a good and reliable car service center is! With Jacob around, I feel confident that the job order is accomplished well and in good time!
