Firestone Complete Auto Care

My dealership told me I needed new tires after my last oil change. I found a great deal on Firestone's website that cut the price my dealership told me by several hundred dollars. Unfortunately, by the time my tire replacement appointment was scheduled the special ended. Fortunately, the gal working found me another deal with a rebate and also in-house discount that was comparable to the original offer. It took about 2.5 hours for the tire replacement, alignment, and test drive but it was totally worth it. I feel like they were patient with me when going through all the different packages and I also appreciate that she found another avenue to get me what I needed. I also like that they remove the alignment fee if they find you don't need one. The waiting room was typical. The coffee machine didn't work but there was water, a vending machine, and charging station.

I had a nail in my tire and needed a quick repair. They got my in and taken care of in an emergency timeline and even though they couldn't repair my tire the man name Cale took extremely good care of me and helped save me alot of stress and possibly other issues if my car hadn't been take care of as quick as they did 10/10 service!

I brought my lifted Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Moab edition in to get it aligned. Everybody was knowledge and courteous. My Jeep drives much better now and I am very appreciative for the time and great service.

I was there to get all new tires and a alignment and at first I originally ordered the wrong size tires but i worked with matt brooks and he made sure I got the right tires and explained the difference and got my car all done and on my way great customer service

Formerly employed for Firestone. There is too much going wrong for this business to recommend doing business through them. If you do take that risk, be weary of the under qualified and overworked staff, their incentives to meet, and poor management. Poor shop conditions, it’s going to take a long time to work on your vehicle becos of broken and damaged shop equipment, unsafe working conditions that pose a risk to mechanics and slow down the process of work. E.g. Tire machines malfunctioning and improperly locking rims, broken air hoses clamp shut with vice grips hanging in the air at head height, oil spills and cluttered footpaths.. Under qualified and untrained staff. I was promised training and none was given. I couldn’t ask my manager for help cause he knows just as much as me. Technicians are overworked and the system is not built to succeed. On multiple occurrences, vehicles were misdiagnosed amidst the chaos, or not fully diagnosed, and customers problems were not properly addressed.

The folks here are professional and skilled. They listen and are responsive. Scheduling is very convenient, the work is dependable, and the waiting area is very clean and comfortable.
