I just had an oil change and tire rotation service at Firelands Chevrolet in Vermilion. I also had some tire pressure sensors that needed replaced. The dealership is very much a family atmosphere. Kristina, the service advisor, is always very helpful, the two Mark’s in service are both an excellent managers and David and parts is always friendly and helpful. I’m not a big fan of going to dealerships for service but this particular dealership I am always comfortable going to. I appreciate you guys!

Fireland's staff is super friendly and very helpful! Tina was my salesperson and she was great! She even made herself available on her day off. I really enjoyed working with her. Sean was also very helpful when going through the financial piece. At one point, I experienced a quote for interest rates and Firelands experienced a different quote from the same institution. When brought to their attention, Sean and Storm worked to get me the best rate possible. Firelands is very Family Oriented!
