We had stopped at Ford Liberty Vermillion for a gap cap and asked them to reset our check engine light related to the cap. We were a long way home and didn't want it impacting our truck. We were told that those in the shop were working "off the clock" on their own vehicles, but couldn't stop to reset our light. We went over to AutoZone and the most pleasant gentleman working came and reset our light no problem. No sale, just amazing customer service. I didn't catch his name, but today is 5/16/25 around 5pm. Very grateful for him and AutoZone making sure we get safely home. Excellent example of customer-centered service.

I needed help after my vehicle’s engine light came on while I was en route from upstate New York to Michigan. I stopped for help to figure out what was wrong and if it was safe to continue driving. The gentleman who did the “code check” was enormously helpful and got to me right away. It turned out that the problem was a heater control valve.He assured me that it would be OK to continue my travels. When I asked how much I owed for this fantastic service, he said, “No Charge.” If I lived near Vermillion, Ohio, I would definitely put this AutoZone Store at the top of my list. They provide GREAT service!

A huge thank you to Tim and Brandon at AutoZone for their incredible service! My car battery died on a freezing day, and they not only helped me pick out the right replacement but also installed it in the cold without hesitation. Tried tipping them and they refused to accept it. The whole process was quick and hassle-free. If you ever need a new battery or car parts, AutoZone is the place to go.

I just had the best timed bad luck in my life. My battery has been bad for a while, and while stopping to get gas, I tried turning on my car, and it and my jump pack were dead... after getting it jumped, I decided it was time to get a new battery... They switched my battery for me and my partner, basically a part of their job... however what happened next was definitely them going above and beyond while backing out of the parking spot my back right break decided to lock up and break accepting my defeat we walked in the plan was to just get a tow truck and call my mom they where willing to not only get my tier off to see what happened they were able to unstick my break and get it to where I could nurse my car back home all while I stayed inside keeping warm. I wish I had caught all their names, but I believe the one that did most of the cold hard work name was Gavin or Garrett... long day... I am not 100 percent, but all 3 guys were outside at some point freezing, trying to figure it out while me and the girl worker were talking, helping me calm down I am so grateful that I broke down in front of the store with the most wonderful people ever. I am so sorry I broke down there during winter at night, but I am forever grateful. Thank you all so much 12/12/24 between 530 and 7 that the whole crew was amazing. We hold a commercial account, so we have increased exposure to this store. We are in there daily, if not multiple times per day. If I could give zero I would. Because of ONE employee! Never helpful, harasses customers or does not help them at all. And management David O. nor the DM David S. see a problem. To the employees and other folks having the same issue I am sorry. We just can't take it anymore. My phone call didn't get your attention, maybe this will. You have a problem in your Vermilion store. It is too late for us, but I hope you can accept this feedback and make a positive change for your employees and your community. Sincerely.
