I purchased an expansion tank kit for my 2016 Porsche Macan. The price was reasonable, although purchasing locally might have been preferable. The order was placed on April 24th, with a shipping notification received on May 5th, and the item arrived on May 10th. I installed the tank that day without difficulty. However, after a test drive, I discovered a puncture and that the tank was defective. I contacted FCP Euro to request a full refund. They initially processed a partial refund, but after further communication with Leah Bradley, she kindly credited me for the coolant and shipping costs. While I appreciate Leah's excellent service, I would recommend purchasing similar items locally in the future.

Everything is open and damaged! Cannot be blamed on UPS the outer boxes didn’t have any damage to them. Also each box was stuffed with protective paper and bubble wrap, this didn’t matter because whom ever sent these boxes out didn’t even care to properly package their own product right from FCP… Very disappointed

FCP Euro is the best place to buy parts for your European car hands down! Their customer service is superb whether you use chat, email, or phone. The staff is knowledgeable and willing to help in any way possible. They have great prices on name-brand parts and their selection is second to none. Shipping is also quick. I always select the free option and get my parts in less than a week. I've been buying car parts online for the better part of two decades, and once I've started using FCP, they are the first ones I turn to. I own two Audis and two Volkswagens. It's a very rare occasion that they don't have the part I need. Highly recommend. Best online European parts website. Friendly and knowledgeable customer support.

Update… Wow! Talking about an attentive customer focused company!!! After reaching out to FCP Euro about the shipping issues I was having with USPS they sent out a replacement immediately for next day delivery via UPS, not USPS. This is why I love buying parts from this company, things may come up and they take care of it quickly! Thank You FCP Euro and Thank You Amoreena for your awesome service. Original post: Love FCP Euro, but they need to stop using USPS for shipping. USPS is unreliable. I received a package from FCP Euro in 3 days a month ago, since it's only going from CT to Northern VA, but my latest shipment, going to and from same address is still in transit, even though it's been local to me for 3 days, still hasn't been delivered and isn't scheduled until Monday. The original est. was for the delivery to occur yesterday. I would gladly pay a reasonable shipping fee, even though my order was over $100, but free with USPS or $10 for other shipping, are the only options that aren't completely outrageous. USPS can't be trusted and different economical shipping options are necessary. I ordered and chose the shipping option I did because I believed I would receive my parts in time to do the work over the weekend. That didn't happen! I'm not sure why a package needs to meander around Northern Virginia for the time it has. FCP Euro please save your customers from the ineptitude of the USPS. Frustrating to say the least.
