They quoted me $3,900 over the phone for a head gasket replacement on my Crosstrek. I brought it in, and then the quote changed to $6,500 for the same exact thing (head gasket). Told them I wasn't interested at that price. Upon pickup, they charged me a $200 diagnostic fee for what I already knew and tried offering me a paltry amount for a trade-in.
