Fallin’s is a convenient resource for RV supplies and support. They have a lot of parts in stock and can order what they don’t have. They also offer RV repair service. You have to call and get on their appointment list well in advance. They also winterize and store RVs.

Looks tiny from the road. Fast, friendly, and qualified. Great service. Happy to show their work and how they did it. Very happy with the work and the price. In addition they recommended an engine shop that also did excellent work.

If you're looking for authentic, true, and transparent advice and service this is the place. I called in and was helped by a repair tech and they saved me a lot of money. I will drive all the way from asheville next time I need a repair.

This person was tearing through traffic and cut me off because they didn’t like the speed I was going on the road. Caused me to have to brake and swerve to avoid a dangerous collision with a maniac. I have two kids in the vehicle and they just wanted to hurt whoever got in their way. Sickening. I won’t do business with someone who isn’t level headed.

One of the employees, Tyler, went out of his way to help our family on the side of the road when our RV blew a tire. The tire messed up our RV pretty good, and he was nice enough to take a look for us and offer us some guidance on what we should do. He took time out of his Friday night to answer questions. These are good people!

We stopped in here the other day because our camper had a small pin hole in the roof. We were quoted a price of $10,000 to replace the roof. Now on our 2012 camper we had a roof replaced and it was nowhere near that amount of money. Last fall a friend of mine set up an appointment to have her camper winterized. She called in September to make the appointment for October. She waited the entire day on the date schedule and at 5:15 she received a call stating they wouldn't be there until the following day. I guess it's up to you if you want to patronize this store. It is the only place near Bryson City if you need something for your RV. Update in response: there was no documentation done. The quote was man to man,eye to eye. We were told all plywood would need to be torn out first in order for the glue to seal. Then the new cover put on and sealed down. 2 weeks in the shop for an estimate of $10k. The hole is a pin hole. Happened day 1and went down day 2. No water damage. We fixed it ourselves and is perfect.

I just have to say how much we appreciate Fallin's RV for helping us in a bind while on vacation. Wonderful guys to work with. I wouldnt hesitate for a second to call on them again when we're back in the area.

Unfortunately this is the only RV repair place around that I can find that does service calls. The man that came out to my camper (just to look it over to make sure I would make it through the winter) was nice enough but was trying to sell me something every 5 minutes and the guy I talked to on the phone to schedule and then to ask what in the world I was being charged $360 for was rude and uncompromising. I think they know that they’re the only place around so they feel like they can do whatever they want and they rip people off and just talk to them like crap. Customer service is definitely not something they care about and I think it is so completely rude that they respond to their bad reviews by going into full detail of what their side of the story is instead of just offering an apology. It must be some young guy packing a little piece running the place that can’t accept constructive criticism. I definitely wish there were more options for RVers around, please if you know somebody that could install an air conditioner on a fifth wheel let me know because I’m definitely not using this place.

Very friendly and know there stuff. I sent a picture of what I needed, and they had it the register. I'm definitely coming back for any rv needs I have.
