Mike and his team are absolutely amazing! There was damage to the front bumper of my dodge challenger and the radiator was cracked due to a car accident. This shop kept my vehicle for nearly two months without providing regular updates. I had to continually contact them for information. Initially, they were unaware that they had ordered the parts, and later, they ended up ordering the wrong ones. Their delays caused me to be overcharged $700 by the rental company. When they claimed the repairs were finished, my vehicle wouldn't start. Despite trying to jump-start it and replacing the battery, it only started after driving it 50 miles for a smog test. However, after turning it off, it wouldn't start again. The owner promised to cover the tow, but after an additional four days at the shop, he suggested it might be the key. Frustrated with the broken promises, I decided to have it towed to a car dealership. Despite initially agreeing to cover the tow, the shop made me pay for it before releasing my vehicle. Now I'm being told my truck was driven on a flat tire, damaging the rim, which will cost an additional $1,000 to repair. Additionally, the computer in my vehicle was fried, which will cost an additional $2,000 to repair. This has been the worst experience I've ever had, and I strongly advise against bringing your vehicle here. Their business practices are shady.

Easily the best, honest body shop I’ve come across in Vegas. Had some clear coat damage on my hood and Mike & Carlos gave me a great price and did a wonderful job repainting and finishing the whole hood in just 24 hours. Color match and the quality of work looks perfect like from factory. Honestly after dealing with a couple of other body shops in Vegas for small paint damages and seeing the quality of their work vs their price, i definitely made a mistake by not coming here sooner. Thank you guys!
