I brought my 2010 volkswagen jetta wagon, with the frozen moonroof to european motor cars with their promise that they could at least get it to close for me. I was charged $190.00dollars for the diagnosis of the entire vehicle and was told they would not do anything to help me close the moonroof to avoid being liable for any damage. They basically threw their hands up and told me.They would charge me 4 thousand dollars to replace the entire moonroof. I took the car home. I Hooked the rope up to it to apply pressure while turning the control knob. And I managed to get the moonroof to close myself. This was a complete waste of time, effort and money that they still will not honor to at least apply to changing the oil of the car or refreshing the coolant. This company does not provide helpful service.They are only in it for the money. I just requested them to change the coolant. In order to apply some of the one hundred ninety dollars that I had to spend in order for them to tell me they will not help me. Basically the reprentative, Eric said take a hike! Very disappointing and completely affair and dishonest

Im new to vegas. I own a 2007 Mercedes CLS550 with 50k original miles. So taking care of my classic is a must. We all know how hard it is to find a good mechanic. My coworker who has a E30 BMW, raved about EMC and suggested I take my car there. This is my 3rd visit and I was not disappointed. I've had my air struts replaced and and oil changes. Setting up an appointment is super easy. Once they inspect your car they send a very detailed and easy to read overview via text/email. Click-able tabs and links that show pictures, a brief detail and weather it's a must do or just recommend. This makes clicking what you want and dont want very easy and it shows you what your total amount due will be. You know exactly what's wrong with your car and how much each repair is going to be at all times. The best part is the friendly and knowledgeable staff. The will run carfax reports to show you exactly what maintenance and repairs have been documented if you're unsure or have a used car. They offer local shuttle or free wi-fi. Let's not forget the complimentary car wash so your ride is looking clean when you get it back. Thank you EMC. You have earned a loyal customer.

This place is awesome. I took my son's 2017 Audi A3 in for a headlight repair and to check to see if there were any further repairs needed. Another shop had told me I needed extensive repairs to my son's front end and after they checked, everything turned out to be in working order and no additional repairs were needed. I so appreciate honesty and will definitely be bringing my son's car back here anytime I need something done. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here for repairs and honest service!

I recently needed my water pump replaced and found European Motor Cars. Their service has been outstanding—regular text updates, pictures of the process, excellent communication, and a friendly team.
