Salesmen is liar ,I bought a nissan Rouge in 2024. Sales man named mohammed ,Egyptian guy, I have a very bad experience .we agry for a price ,I paid deposit ,next day went to get the car,they raised the price. sales person brought a rating iPad rated , 5star by himself and told me to sign it . he promised that next week he is going to give me 4 pes new mats,which he never did ? The finance agent was also crook , he overcharged me two thousand dollars .this place is managed by white-collar crooks . I would never go to this place again ,even for free ?

Beware Nissan vehicle owners. If you receive a recall notice from THIS dealership, check Nissan HQ's website first that there is an actual recall for your car make and model. Their customer service is hyperbole and 100% bait and switch. If you respond like I did to the recall notice I received from THIS dealership in the mail, thinking it was a legitimate cause for concern, prepare yourself. I left with more car problems than I had when I arrived and a $500 bill to replace a $69 part. The best part is that their invoice states that they checked the Nissan system and no recalls found. All bait and switch. Thoroughly unimpressed.

I had a lease to be returned, I made called to many Nissan dealerships in the area to return the Car. Bay Ridge Nissan said to come Will take the return car.. When we arrived at Bay Ridge Nissan, We got a story after a story, run around after around.. they lied to us.. They didn't accept the return lease, cause it was not lease thru Bay Ridge Nissan and I wasn't going to enter it new lease or purchase vehicle immediately.. 6 months to 1 year, we will be looking to purchase a vehicle.. We like the pathfinder wish we had before.. We are NOT going to Bay Ridge Nissan!! We are taking our friends and money to a better dealership!!!
