Excellent service provided, fantastic communication, and reasonable prices. He came out and completed the work super fast, he also saw that our trailer had deflated airbags and sorted the levelling valve on our trailer we were able to continue our trip safely. Highly recommend.

Tech serg was real helpful and quick. after i first called to the time he was at the trailer with the parts was under 30 minutes. he replaced tires/rims and chained up our axle also help identify other things all within a hour. he also followed our drivers back to the warehouse to make sure they got there okay. will use in future

Serge is the BEST! We had a big issue with the trailer last week and driver was stuck at the weight station and Serge helped promptly and also charged a very reasonable price and fixed the issue very quickly. Thank you so much, SM Cargo Inc!!!

I didn't realize there were still companies like this around in the Chicago area. Serge was fast, polite, safe and accurate on his estimate. Pricing was as fair as I've ever seen in on the I-80 corridor. I will definitely recommend to other carriers and definitely use again. Tha k you!

Came out right away to check out my truck really good guy !!! Highly recommend. He couldn’t complete the work and help me anyway to make sure I got it fixed and didn’t charge me a fee
