Been in buisness for over 15 years, I know first hand how hard it is to find a trustworthy shop with mechanics that know what they are doing! This is my honest review…you will not be disappointed going to Bolingbrook Fleet! This is an excellent truck repair shop! They are professional and get the job done! The office staff was very helpful, the technician very skilled and detailed. Pricing was fair and turnaround was quick! Will definitely be going back and using them again! A+ service all around!

GAVE THIS PLACE 2 CHANCES. FAILED BOTH TIMES. Just went in for an oil change/maintenance. First time, they left all the filters loose(dumped out all the oil 200 miles in my trip) and installed WS wrong, fuel was leaking and engine light was on. Second time, they installed the water separator wrong again and now my engine light is on and fuel is leaking. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN. THEY SAY GREASE AND BRAKE ADJUSTMENT IS INCLUDED WITH OIL CHANGE BUT THEY CHARGE $60 EXTRA.

Special thanks to Bolingbrook Fleet service. Excellent service from beginning to end. I brought a Volvo to the shop with valve problems, and they repaired it and it runs perfect. Its a great shop and strongly recommend.

Mistake on the one star, I had differential work done on my truck January 2024 and this year January 2025, I had the same problem with my truck and the differential was still under warranty. The problem wasn’t the part. The problem was it was improperly installed. not only did they refuse to honor their warranty and fix the problem. They charged me for looking at the differential and refuse to fix my truck. They went so far as to say someone else worked on my truck, so I’m arguing with Nate saying why would I let someone else work on my truck when it’s under warranty, so he hung up on me and told me to get my truck off their property. Do not take your truck to this place; Scam artist I’m currently filing civil suit; I will keep you posted.
