Truly, they are the best—professional, compassionate, and reliable. I’m beyond grateful for their support!

My 61 yr old mother was turned away by them trying to get a warranty on her car battery, she had a ticket stating it tested bad. And the associate "Matt" said "well ours says it fine"...she broke down at the nearby rhodes gas station, was late for work. And when i called to get an explanation on the matter "Matt" told me if I was a mechanic, why didn't I help her out? Assuming i have nothing better to do than HIS job instead of the one i had to leave to jumpstart my mothers car. If this is the kind of service he offers our community under Ellis battery's title, i think he should be bagging groceries at a self checkout station. Not keeping us CG elderly residents broke down on the side of the road. Dobbs was overly happy and ready to oblige the situation, in 18 minutes she was on the road, (also said the battery was bad.)

The employees at Ellis Battery know their stuff and their customer service is outstanding! They helped me with a battery issue over the course of two days and did not even charge me. I will always be grateful and can’t recommend them highly enough.

I went into Ellis Battery today seeking a replacement battery for my car. I walked in not even sure what battery I needed. Unfortunately, they did not carry this battery, but the staff at Ellis made sure I had all of the information I needed to go get what I needed. Very knowledgeable and friendly people here!
