Please avoid - they charge $89 for an oil change and when I double checked under the hood before driving off the oil cap was missing. Very negligent staff and expensive servicing. Not worth it

My wife and I want to thank the people who assisted us in this Dealer, very kind, explicit and transparent, everything was fast and they made it very simple, they helped us find the best offer for us and in the end we took 2 OUTLANDERS, we loved this model, and the special 0% interest for 5 years was more than spectacular. If you do not have to go here don’t. Very unprofessional staff I had a 9am appointment as well as others and they scheduled everyone but did not show up to open until 9:30 am. This was our second time because the first appointment they failed to answer the phone and let me know if the car part was there, now today they supposedly had the car part and broke it while installing it. So no they want us to go back again even though we have explained that we love 2+hours away, so it is frustrating to take off work to travel that far for nothing to be done twice. The only reason we have to go here is because it’s through the dealership where my vehicle was purchased, avoid this place at all cost.
