Eddie's Auto Parts Co Introduce

Eddie's Auto Parts Co, situated at 3415 1/2, Murdoch Ave Rear, Parkersburg, WV 26101, USA, operates as a specialized establishment within the "Auto Repair Stations" platform category. Unlike typical new auto parts retailers, Eddie's Auto Parts Co appears to focus heavily on providing accessible and often more affordable solutions, particularly with its emphasis on parts like rims and quick tire services. This location can be reached by phone at (304) 422-6486 or via mobile at +1 304-422-6486, serving the local community of Parkersburg.

As an entity within the "Auto Repair Stations" category, Eddie's Auto Parts Co provides goods and services that directly support vehicle repair and maintenance, albeit with a likely focus on used or specialized components. Their primary offering, as suggested by customer feedback, includes a wide selection of auto parts, particularly **rims**. This suggests they may deal in both new and used rims, catering to customers looking for replacements or specific aesthetic enhancements. Beyond just selling parts, the business also appears to offer **tire installation services**, as evidenced by a review mentioning quick tire mounting. This direct service capability adds significant value, allowing customers to purchase parts and have them installed on-site. While specific details on other services are not provided, a business of this nature often offers a range of services related to the parts they sell, such as assistance with identifying the correct components, and potentially light mechanical work related to the installation of these parts. Given its likely niche in the used auto parts market, they may also engage in vehicle dismantling to source parts, offering an alternative to more expensive new components.

The environment of a business like Eddie's Auto Parts Co, especially one operating at a "Rear" address and potentially dealing in used parts, might differ from a pristine retail chain. One would anticipate a more functional and utilitarian space. The customer interaction area might be less formal, potentially resembling a service counter in a warehouse or garage setting. The inventory of parts, especially rims and used components, would likely be stored in an organized but perhaps more rustic manner, reflecting the nature of a salvage or specialized parts operation. The focus would be on efficiency and the availability of parts rather than a highly polished retail display. There would be a work area for tire mounting and other quick installations, equipped with the necessary machinery. While specific details about the exact layout or aesthetic are not available, the emphasis would be on quick service and practical solutions for automotive needs.

The key features of Eddie's Auto Parts Co, as highlighted by customer experiences, include its **speed and efficiency** in service. One reviewer specifically mentioned "Mike was fast, efficient," and "Shorty put my tire on within a few minutes." This indicates a lean operation focused on quick turnaround times, which is a significant advantage for customers needing immediate solutions. Another prominent feature is the **pricing**, with a customer noting a "great price" for rims, suggesting competitive or affordable rates, likely due to their potential focus on used or specialized parts. The availability of **rims for specific car types** ("cars like mine") points to a specialized inventory that caters to particular vehicle needs, which can be a valuable resource for owners of less common or older models seeking specific components. The direct, hands-on service provided by staff like Mike and Shorty, who perform installations immediately, is another distinguishing characteristic, offering a complete solution rather than just selling a part.

Regarding promotional information, local independent businesses like Eddie's Auto Parts Co typically rely more on word-of-mouth and direct customer relationships rather than large-scale advertising campaigns. Their "great price" and "fast, efficient" service, as highlighted by customers, serve as their primary promotional tools. While specific ongoing deals or advertisements are not provided, it's common for such establishments to offer competitive pricing on their unique inventory, especially for used or hard-to-find parts. They might also promote their quick installation services as a convenience factor. Customers interested in obtaining parts or services from Eddie's Auto Parts Co would be best served by directly contacting the shop via phone to inquire about current inventory, pricing for specific parts like rims, and the availability of installation services. Their reputation for affordability and quick service would likely be the main draw for potential customers.

Customer reviews for Eddie's Auto Parts Co present a notable contrast in experiences, which is important for an objective introduction. On the one hand, a highly positive review praises "Mike" for being "fast, efficient, and gave me a great price," specifically for car rims, and also commends "Shorty" for quick tire installation. This review highlights strong points of service, efficiency, and value. On the other hand, a strongly negative review criticizes "terrible customer service," describing a staff member as a "complete jerk" who has been consistently unpleasant. This indicates a significant inconsistency in customer interaction. While the positive review suggests excellent practical service and good value, the negative feedback raises concerns about interpersonal skills and customer-facing demeanor. Prospective customers might need to consider this duality, where practical service can be outstanding, but the customer experience on a personal level might vary significantly. It suggests that while the business can deliver efficiently on parts and quick installations, the human element of service can be a point of contention for some.

Terrible customer service this guy shouldn't be dealing with the public. I understand everybody has bad days but this guy is a complete jerk and has been every time I've walked through the door

Ya'll should be ashamed of the way you treat and talk to people. I'm surprised you have any customers. If I'm coming to you ( I was warned not to) I need something asap, not to be on your "list" for a few days out. So disrespectful. Not that you care anyway, but acting like you are annoyed that someone came in to your facility, and sooooo backed up. Maybe you should go back to letting people get their own parts, hire more help, better yet, do better as a person.

Needs 0 stars. Workers dont know their ass fron their elbow. Old man argued with me about a vehicle as if i dont own it and work on it, whole time PRAISING interchange like they arent wrong. Old man just needed to do his job and point me towards the vehicle, leave the rest to the actual mechanic. Took 2 people WAY to long to find record of a vehicle on site that i check in about a weekish in advance. Came with email in hand. None of them knew who emailed me either, so not technologically advanced. As far as salvage yards, skip this one. Something shady is happening there with how some of them were acting. If a worker wants to argue rather than just sell me my damn parts, hes up to something.
