Upon visiting Best One Tire & Service, customers will find a facility that is generally well-regarded for its upkeep and organization. The environment is designed to be welcoming and efficient, typical of professional auto service centers. While specific details about waiting areas or amenities are not available, the overall impression from customer feedback suggests a clean and presentable space where vehicle owners can feel comfortable while their cars are being serviced. The establishment's focus on a tidy and well-maintained environment likely contributes to a positive customer experience, reflecting a commitment to professionalism in their operations.

The core of Best One Tire & Service's offering lies in its extensive range of auto repair and maintenance services. As their name suggests, tire services are a significant component of their business. This likely includes new tire sales, tire mounting, balancing, rotation, and repair. Beyond tires, they are equipped to handle a variety of general auto repairs. Key services that have been specifically mentioned in customer feedback include **state inspections**, **wheel alignments**, and **brake services**. These are critical services for vehicle safety and performance, making Best One Tire & Service a valuable resource for maintaining a roadworthy vehicle.

Regarding their features, Best One Tire & Service aims to provide thorough and reliable service. For instance, their state inspection service is a regulatory requirement in many areas, and they are equipped to perform these assessments. Wheel alignments are crucial for proper tire wear and vehicle handling, and the facility offers this precision service. Brake services, encompassing everything from pad replacement to rotor repair, are also a staple of their offerings, addressing one of the most critical safety components of any vehicle. The staff's approach to these services is a defining feature, with an emphasis on friendliness from some employees, contributing to a more pleasant interaction for customers.

However, it is important to provide an objective overview, incorporating various customer experiences. While many customers appreciate the friendly demeanor of the employees, some feedback suggests that the speed of service could be an area for improvement. For example, a simple state inspection has been noted to take a significant amount of time, which might be a consideration for those with tight schedules. Furthermore, there have been instances where customers have raised concerns about the consistency and transparency of diagnostic information, particularly regarding brake pad thickness and alignment readings. One customer's experience highlighted a discrepancy in brake pad measurements and a questionable explanation regarding alignment printouts, suggesting that while services are offered, customers might benefit from asking questions and seeking clarity on technical assessments. This feedback indicates a mixed bag of experiences, with some positive interactions regarding general service and friendliness, alongside specific concerns about diagnostic practices.

When it comes to promotional information, no specific current promotions or discounts are explicitly detailed in the provided information. However, typical auto repair stations often run promotions on common services like oil changes, tire rotations, or seasonal maintenance packages. It would be advisable for potential customers to inquire directly with Best One Tire & Service about any ongoing specials or loyalty programs they might offer. Given their focus on tires and general auto repair, they may have promotions tailored to these areas, such as deals on new tire purchases or discounts on bundled services like alignments with tire purchases.

In summary, Best One Tire & Service is a well-established auto repair station in Vienna, WV, offering essential vehicle services, particularly in the realm of tires, state inspections, wheel alignments, and brake repairs. The facility is considered nice and the location convenient for local residents. While some employees are commended for their friendliness, potential customers should be aware that service speed might vary, and it is always prudent to engage in clear communication regarding diagnostic findings and recommended repairs. The absence of explicit promotional details means that interested individuals should contact the store directly to learn about any current offers. Best One Tire & Service serves as a foundational resource for vehicle maintenance in the community, striving to meet the automotive needs of its clientele.

Best One Tire & Service Customer Reviews

I was impressed with them at first. I needed some stuff done and I was treated well the first time I went in there. I decided to have them do a state inspection and a wheel alignment. They told me I needed brakes which I knew was possible and the car needed to be aligned. I told them not to worry about the brakes but do the alignment. Well I took it elsewhere for the brakes and I was informed they were needed but they were at 3 mm so a sticker could have been placed on the car. I was told that the guy most likely just looked at them instead of using a tool that tells you what the pad thickness is. I got curious and decided to show them the alignment print out and I was informed that they had the steer ahead off so yeah it would look like the alignment was off to someone that was not sure what they were looking at. I was told they most likely had the steer ahead off to make it look like it needed it and hit print and showed me the print out and then place the steer ahead straight and hit print again to make it look like the alignment was done. They checked out the front end at my request and they showed me that there was so much anti seize on the tie rods it was hard to tell if the nuts were broke or not. In my opinion it was not done but I figured I would just let the alignment go and take it as a learning experience since I now understand the alignment print out. When I took it back to have the sticker placed on it I asked why they did not place a sticker on the car because of the brake pads but before I could get the rest of the sentence out a big guy stood up and got rude and stated they had 2mm and needed to be replaced to pass inspection. When I informed him I was told by another mechanic the pads needed done but they were at 3mm and they did not fail the state inspection he mumbled something and sat back down…. If he was honest and told me the car passed but the pads were at 3mm and needed to be done soon I may have had them do the job because that would have shown me they were honest.

Employees are VERY friendly. Facility is nice. Location is convenient. Speed of service could use some improvement. I've never spent an hour somewhere for something as simple as a state inspection.

Passing through Vienna when we blew a trailer tire transporting a 65' Sailboat. We were an oversize/overweight load. Called JR and not only did he have the tire we needed in stock (something that rarely happens for us because of our special trailers), but he had his man out to us in 30 minutes. Within an hour, we were back on the road, which is extremely important because OS/OW loads can only travel during daylight hours. Oh, JR gave us a great price on the tire too. We have a relationship with BestOne in our hometown in Ohio, and JR treated us as if we were back home. Much appreciated and great service!

This review is on behalf of Leeser TX Inc. One of our OTR drivers needed a tire repaired. Our driver arrived 30 minutes before the business closed and had his tire replaced in less than 60 minutes. The problem is the labor charge of $240 for what amounted to a half hour of work. Beware the friendly customer service - you may pay for it on the back end!
