We dropped one of our trucks off for some extensive repairs regarding electrical issues on the truck that caused all of the A/C, radio, window, lights etc to function improperly if at all. I left the truck with Brian who then had Spencer work on the truck. Spencer had to dig into the truck, find misc. wiring issues along a list of other things. Spencer did an excellent job at getting our truck back up on its feet within 4 days while also completing a laundry list of maintenance items. If I could leave 10 stars for Spencer & Brian I absolutely would! You guys did a fantastic job and we look forward to bringing you more work in the future. Thanks Eby Ford Service!

I am so truly thankful for Troy and his team. Troy went above and beyond to help me with my Expedition. :) Long Story short, My vehicle had black mold due to an A/C Leak, i purchased the vehicle out of state, however Troy worked with me & the dealership i bought my vehicle from to get my vehicle repaired and all new carpet & padding. He was personable, kind, honest, patient, courteous, he was a regular person who understood my frustration and wanted to make sure my vehicle was safe for my children. He has earned my business for a life time. I will never take my Ford anywhere else. Thanks Troy. :))

Danny really helped me out!! He worked with my work schedule to help me get my car in when my check engine light when on right before vacation. They were able to get it fixed and get me on the road safely for my vacation!! I couldn’t ask for a better team !!
