EBP Automotive Introduce

For individuals in Las Vegas, Nevada, seeking automotive repair services, EBP Automotive is an establishment that falls under the "Auto Repair Stations" platform category. Located at 2600 Dalhart St, Las Vegas, NV 89121, USA, this business provides services related to vehicle maintenance and repair. They can be reached via phone at (702) 202-2974 or +1 702-202-2974.

The environment of an auto repair station like EBP Automotive would typically consist of a workshop with bays for vehicle work, specialized tools, and diagnostic equipment necessary for automotive repairs. As an independent shop, the focus would be on the technical aspects of vehicle servicing. While no specific details are provided about customer amenities such as a waiting room, the overall environment is one where vehicles are brought for diagnosis and repair. The perception of the environment, however, can be heavily influenced by the customer's overall experience, particularly regarding communication and business practices.

As an "Auto Repair Station," EBP Automotive is expected to offer a range of general automotive repair and maintenance services. While a comprehensive list of their specific offerings is not publicly available, the nature of general auto repair shops usually includes:

  • General Mechanical Repairs: Addressing issues with engines, transmissions, suspensions, brakes, and electrical systems.
  • Routine Maintenance: Such as oil changes, fluid checks and flushes, filter replacements, and tire rotations.
  • Diagnostic Services: Utilizing tools and expertise to identify and troubleshoot vehicle problems.
  • Brake Services: Inspection, repair, and replacement of brake components.
  • Engine Repair: From minor tune-ups to more extensive engine work.

One customer review praises "Manny" for being "very honest and takes very well care of your car," which suggests that individuals within the garage possess mechanical competence and a dedication to quality work when it is performed. This positive feedback highlights the potential for good service and trust in their hands-on work.

The features of EBP Automotive, based on the provided customer reviews, present a very stark and concerning contrast. On one hand, there is a positive testimonial highlighting the honesty and good care provided by an individual mechanic named Manny. This suggests that the shop might have capable technicians who genuinely aim to provide good service. The emphasis on trust is a crucial feature in the automotive repair industry, and this review indicates that at least some customers have experienced this positive aspect.

However, the overwhelmingly negative and severe feedback from another customer paints a dramatically different picture. This review alleges significant and critical issues with the business's operations and integrity. Key features (or lack thereof) highlighted by this negative review include:

  • Extremely Poor Communication: The customer reported "weeks of frustration" and a complete lack of communication, with staff members (Benjamin, Marco, and Manuel) allegedly changing their phone numbers to avoid contact.
  • Unreliability and Abandonment of Vehicles: The most severe allegation is that the customer's vehicle, along with others, was "towed because they didn't pay their rent" and that the business "didn't bother to call their customers to come get their cars." This points to a complete breakdown of reliability and a profound disregard for customer property and financial investment.
  • Allegations of Misappropriation of Funds: The customer states they left a significant payment of "$2500.00 for them to start work," implying that funds were paid but the work was not completed, and the vehicle was subsequently lost due to the shop's alleged financial mismanagement.
  • Legal Action and Reporting: The review mentions that the customer, along with other affected individuals, "have filed a lawsuit against Benjamin and his father and uncle" and are "reporting their license to the DMV." These are very serious claims that, if true, indicate severe breaches of professional conduct and potentially legal obligations.

This dichotomy in feedback indicates that while there might be individual mechanics capable of good work, the overall business operations and management practices at EBP Automotive have been, at least for some customers, severely problematic and unreliable. The alleged issues with communication, responsibility for customer vehicles, and potential legal disputes are critical features that prospective customers must be aware of.

Given the nature of the reviews, any discussion of "promotional information" for EBP Automotive must be approached with extreme caution and objectivity. There is no positive promotional information available beyond the single positive review, which praises an individual mechanic rather than the overall business. The severe negative feedback essentially acts as an anti-promotion, warning potential customers about significant risks. The allegations of vehicles being towed due to the business's failure to pay rent, the reported changing of phone numbers by staff, and the mention of a lawsuit and reporting to the DMV are all factors that would strongly deter new business. Unlike typical auto repair shops that might offer discounts, warranties, or customer loyalty programs, the prevailing public information points to operational instability and serious customer grievances.

For local users in Las Vegas considering EBP Automotive for their car repair needs, it is imperative to proceed with extreme caution. While the existence of a positive review suggests that some mechanical work might be competently performed, the detailed and severe allegations of poor communication, unreliability, and potential legal issues from another customer demand thorough due diligence. It is strongly advised that prospective customers seek alternative auto repair services with consistently positive and reliable reputations in the Las Vegas area. If, for any reason, a customer still considers EBP Automotive, they should contact the business directly at (702) 202-2974 to inquire about services, and more importantly, address the concerns raised in online reviews. However, the severity of the negative claims, including allegations of a lawsuit, indicates a high level of risk associated with engaging with this particular auto repair station.

EBP Automotive Customer Reviews

I left my vehicle there with payment of 2500.00 for them to start work and after weeks of frustration I found out my vehicle was towed because they didn't pay their rent and didn't bother to call their customers to come get their cars. Benjamin, marco and Manuel all changed their phone numbers. I along with other customers that got their cars towed by them have filed a lawsuit against Benjamin and his father and uncle. I'm also reporting their license to the dmv.
