Eastside Tire

My wife’s car had a slow air leak in a front tire. Pulled onto the lot, handed them the keys and we were on our way in 20 minutes. When my Silverado had a leak I took it back to Mayfield where I bought the tires. They checked for a leak, rotated the tires and told me I needed an alignment, then I needed another set of tires. But they were the ones who had aligned it and only had 20,000 on 60,000 mile tires. We had words. I won’t be back. Next day tire was low again, I took it to Eastside and they found the crack in the rim. Changed out spare and I took the rim to get repaired. They assured me that they would do what it takes to keep my business. I believe them, I’ll be back!

I highly recommend this awesome company to bring your vehicle to! I went in for an oil change last week and once they got it up on the lift they realized they didn't have a filter, so an employee went to get one, he was gone with quickness and back within 10 mins! They definitely went above and beyond in my opinion, also very very friendly conversations while there, the cutest little sweet white dog was a bonus that I didn't know I needed until that day!! Thanks Eastside for looking out for me, I will be back soon!

Absolute Rave- I went to Eastside Tire & Oil to get an oil change today. The service was phenomenal! The owner is an amazing conversationalist, and they were quick and thorough with the inspection and oil change itself. Prices were absolutely fair, and what was estimated when I called. Plus, bonus for having a shop office dog to greet you and distract you from any stress of car maintenance.

I decided to take my truck to a random oil and lube business this morning. I was in a hurry… So glad that Eastside tire and oil popped up on my search! While I was there, Lori was very friendly and very helpful. The mechanics got to me quickly and did a great job. Once they were finished, I called my wife and told her that I had found us a new tire and lube shop and that is where I wanted her to take our car the next time we need a oil change. The price was great also! Highly recommend!

10/10 would recommend!! I called about tires and Lori was beyond helpful and did everything to make sure I was taken care of and safely back on the road! Customer service can’t be beat here! They also do alignment and oil changes! I will most def be back for future needs on my vehicle. Reasonable prices and quick service!
