Butch did a great job, from the time he saw my message on his answering machine, until I got the car back. Good communication, very good price, and delivered back when he promised. Butch saved me (at least) a couple thousand dollars on the exhaust system on my 2013 Volvo, and when combined with getting the brakes done, I was at about half of what the dealership wanted to replace the brakes on just one axle! Amazing! It is great to have "good people" close to home. Highly recommended!

Dennis at East Side took great care of my truck and his rates are very fair. Highly recommend for custom work and basic maintenance. He recently installed awesome Borla exhaust and new brakes on my truck and both were perfect!👍

This morning, while pulling into the parking lot at work...a screw went into my tire. As I gathered my things to go inside I could hear air rushing out of the tire and I could see the screw. I called Eastside Car Care to see if they had availability to fix my tire this morning since I knew if I didn't get it fixed ASAP, it would be flat in no time. I spoke with James on the phone and he told me to bring it in. I got there about 5 minutes after I called. They took my van back right away and I was out of there in less than 10 minutes. They were nice, quick, cost effective and they had a couple of cute pooches behind the counter! I HIGHLY recommend!!! Keep up the great work!

Would recommend Eastside Car Care to anyone who is in need of getting their car serviced for things small and large. I ended up calling day-of needing brakes & rotors done and they were able to get me in, when another local location wasn't even open during listed business hours. My brakes were done quickly and efficiently and at a reasonable cost. I had a couple more issues come up shortly after that, not related to the work they had done and they squeezed me in yet again and fixed what was needed. As a young woman, it can be difficult to find somewhere to trust when it comes to cars, but I know I can trust Eastside now with any car issues that arise. Butch was great to work with and any interaction with the other staff was also a good experience! I appreciate the quality, honesty, and respect Eastside provided me and they now have a returning customer in the future!
