I will no longer be shopping O'Reilly auto parts in Middlefield I went in to buy exhaust clamps and I was being watched me like I was stealing they tried to hurry me up like I was a criminal never again will I ever step foot in that place that's the first time EVER been in a auto part and get treated like that before. That place don't deserve one star

The workers were friendly and nice and polite. They said hello and asked me if I needed any assistance as soon as I came in I told them what I was looking for and they guided me to my parts I was looking for and even helped me by putting them on my car for me. And I needed to tighten a bold on my windshield wipers when they said they could let me barrow a wrench to tighten and of course I returned it once I was done. Thank you for your help and assistance with my wipers!

The staff are arrogant. They don't seem to know how to use their own computer system to look up proper parts. They will sell you the wrong items and then you find yourself having to go back in the middle of working on your vehicle, and if you only have yourself and that one vehicle, it puts you in a really hard spot. I'll be going to AutoZone in Chardon for now on.
