Jeremy was honest, fair and a true life saver. I burned my breaks up the first day of our week vacation. He suggested a tow company that was willing to come to the top of the mountain where we were staying. Due to the car we owned the part needed to be ordered and Jeremy kept topnotch communication. He even topped off our oil. Good things happen to good people. He is good.

While on vacation, my vehicle started overheating and clearly shouldn't be driven very far. I called on a Monday with the details of what was going on. I was told that I could bring my vehicle but it couldn't be looked at until Tuesday at 11am. I dropped off my vehicle on Monday evening. When I got to the shop at 11 to hand over my keys no one was there. I tried to call and there was no answer. I then saw a note on my vehicle saying they were about to tow the vehicle and if it's there again it will be towed. That just seemed weird for a car repair shop to do to a vehicle that is requesting repairs. It would have been simpler for them to have just said they were not able to look at/repair the car and I would've moved on in my search for help. I understand that a business can work whatever hours they would like and can accept whatever work they want but being upfront with the customers could've saved some aggravations on both sides.

While on vacation we noticed some apparent problems with our vehicles back wheel. We drove to Eastbend Auto on 8/14 and they were not open. We called the posted online phone number and spoke to the mechanic/owner telling him about the wheel problem. I was told to bring our vehicle in at opening on 8/15. We arrived at opening on 8/15 and the mechanic had no record of the appointment that he scheduled! Nevertheless, I told him again about the issue with my rear wheel smelling like rubber. He said it might be a problem with the brakes. He told us to come back at 12pm. We came back at his request. He was working on another vehicle when we arrived. We parked on the lot and waited. He appeared to finish that cars repair around 1:30pm. Meanwhile we are still waiting. Finally at around 2:30pm. I approached the mechanic again regarding fixing my car because it was getting close to his posted closing hours. Once again, he acted like he was totally unaware of now our three conversations regarding fixing my car! We drove off disappointed that Eastbend Auto wasted our time. VERY SAD!!

One day after being in town I had symptoms pursuant of fully worn down brake pads. Being over 4 hours away from home it’s a bit anxiety producing having to find a local mechanic. I googled and found Jeremy and Eastbend Automotive having 5 star reviews from folks in a similar position as I was now in. I called before opening and to my surprise Jeremy answered. He didn’t have an appointment time until the next day but promised to call if he could find some time the day of. I dropped my car off fully expecting Jeremy to work on it per the agreed time the next day. To my surprise he called me back later the day of to say all done and I could pick up my car. He was fast, thorough, and amazingly fair in cost. I highly recommend Eastbend Automotive. Thanks Jeremy for helping me out so quickly and for alleviating my worries over having to have my vehicle serviced while on vacation.

On our family vacation in Gatlinburg, our rear brakes needed to be replaced. I called in the morning, set an appointment time, and dropped off the car quickly and easily. The shop isn’t much to look at and his office is upstairs but he did a great job and I would consider him to be trustworthy. His prices were more than fair and he resolved the problem, not just the symptom. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back if I ever had any car problems.
