My service advisor was Leigh Reynolds this time and she is the best. She has been my service advisor before but this is the first time I'm writing a review. I brought in my 2024 Sequoia for service as well as a safety recall for a tow hitch cover. I told her that I had to leave within 2 hours. She told me upfront that the service could be completed but I may have to come back for the recall. I appreciate the transparency and professionalism. In the end, my service only took 1 hour but I will have to bring my car back in since the safety recall part was not available.

My experience was great. I worked with Clark—he was helpful, informative, and made the whole process smooth. He even gave me a ride to a nearby coffee shop so I could wait comfortably while my car was being worked on, and picked me up afterward. Really appreciated the service!

Epic Fail. This was my first Maintenance appointment for my 2025 Toyota Camry at its six month mark. I arrived; entered the facility, indicated it was my first time there, and was told to pull my car in through the automatic door. From there, once again explained it was my first time there and that I had some questions regarding one of the car’s features. I was told that would be handled following my routine maintenance. I entered the office area, asked where the Waiting Room was, and then sat there for 1 1/2 hours. Finally, an employee walked by me, and I asked if he could advise the status of my car. Apologetically, he returned to explain ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. From there, he went into Full Speed motion to accommodate me. The maintenance was completed within 1/2 hour. He also escorted to my car and fully answered any and all questions I had. Joshua deserves FIVE stars; the overall experience barely one.

I was early for my 7:30 AM appointment was sitting in the waiting room at 7:15. There were maybe two people already there awaiting still took over two hours for the oil change tire rotation, and points inspection. I never received a statement for the inspection of what exactly was done was just told verbally -in the previous years I would be provided a statement showing everything that was looked at tires, fluids, etc. overall was a good experience could be a little quicker. The staff was very friendly, professional, and polite.
