I’ve been a customer with EDI AUTO for couple of years now, I refuse to go to anyone else due to their amazing work and their reasonable prices. Pat is amazing! I was concerned about my check light engine & error message on my car. He was able to figure out the error message I was getting “Drivetrain function” on my BMW and that error message never came back. I was there couple days ago for an oil change and my check light was on again, this time it was error code PO456 (Evaporative Emission System EVAP small Leak Detected) Pat did his magic work and figured out that there was no leak- it ended up being the fuel cap that needed adjustment- check light engine is gone! The shop only charged me for oil charge and not the extra work that Pat had to go through to diagnose the error code. THANK YOU A MILLION for going above & beyond. Not only Pat is amazing but Wendy is too. She explains everything with detail once car is completed. She even offered to pick me up from my house, to drive me to EDI AUTO to pick up my car! This just tells you a lot that they are really customer focused and truly are genuine people. Great experience. Any questions or concerns I had they were always handled in a professional manner. It’s hard to find a good Mechanic that is not trying to scam you. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication - you are one of a kind!

Brought my car in for the first time and blown away by the experience. These people are sincere and honest. They gave me a reasonable quote and even helped me accommodate my ride after dropping off my car. Their billing is transparent and upon know exactly what they did on your vehicle. The second I got back into my car and drove it home it was noticeable that my driving experience had improved and my issues were resolved. Thank you, EDI! You got another loyal customer!

I moved to the area last year and was looking for a reputable auto repair shop with fair service rates. I cannot begin to tell you how many times auto shops try to rope me into unnecessary work or try to over-quote me on repairs. Until I read reviews for EDI and gave them a chance. I set up an appointment within a week of my initial call and they diagnosed my problem quickly and gave me options. Wendy was so nice and helpful and Pat was straight forward and thorough. It has been 3 weeks since my repairs were done and I am completely satisfied with the result! Thank you for fixing my car’s year-long problem that no other mechanic could. Highly recommend.

Before I came here I had gotten quoted $3300 to repair my Audi A5 at another local place. I was skepticle so came here instead for a second opinion. They injected dye to check for leaks and cleaned the car underneath and cleaned the engine area all for a very fair price. I drove the car for two weeks and they reported there were no leaks and no repairs needed... AAA+
