Went in to get warranty work done, they found a bunch of things that needed to be done that could be covered by the warranty. Very happy with that as it saved me around $1,500, maybe more. They did leave a dipstick laying on my engine bay which is what caused the four star. I imagine it's an isolated incident, but heads up :-)

My car was there a their Byron center location for a front axle replacement.after paying over 500$ I drove out of their parking lot and probably in less than a mile away from their shop my car stopped right in the middle of an intersection specifically 28h st and Burlingame .wouldn’t move at all thankfully I got help right away pushing it out of the way into a parking lot nearby since it was traffic hour . Decided to look under my car and noticed a leak that seems to be coming from the transmission seal where the cv axle goes in. I’m not expert in cars and I could be wrong but I am sure there were no leaks before towing my car to the shop on Thursday night not even when the original cv axle broke and is doing the same thing almost as if the axle wasn’t sitting in properly all the way in and now fluid it’s all splashed under my car . I called them and they told me to tow My car back there and they will look at it on monday . When I got back to the shop I noticed a big wet spot where my car was parked before I picked it up around 4:30 pm. Car got done around 9:50 am so it had been leaking since then.I will update this review as soon as I hear from them on Monday hoping they make it right like they said they will . I’m pretty upset because besides being recommended by somebody else I also read awesome reviews about them here in google and also their website . That’s why I decided to bring my car to them since is the first time my car needs a an actual repair other than regular maintenance which just gets exclusively done at the Honda dealership I purchased the vehicle from.
