We had a tire replaced on a FORD vehicle purchased new from Dutros. We drove from an hour away to receive this service. After day 1, it was determined that the wrong tire was ordered and placed on the vehicle. We had to return the next day. So another hour home and back the following day. Mistakes happen, unfortunate and inconvenient yes, but it could have been dealt with had Matt in the service department not been so incredibly rude and disrespectful to both my husband, father and myself. He was absolutely horrible to work with. Due to him, I will no longer be using this service center after decades of service and 10+ car purchases from this dealership. I am absolutely disgusted by his lack of professionalism and truly hope it is resolved so that no one else is treated as we were today.

Not pleased, had a recall and as I go to counter the older guy I checked in with acted like I was a bother and didn’t want to be there, this was 9am. I had an appointment for 9, then I’m asked how soon I need it back, it’s a work vehicle so asap. 5hrs later they never call to let me know it was ready until I call to get a status check. Then the same old guy is complaining about his day of dealing with people.

Ordered new key. Never received call back. Called two times first time went to voicemail during business hours. 2nd time got operator transfer me to service, didn't have any record of order. I was transferred to parts that went to voicemail.
