Durango Llantera Auto Service Introduce

Durango Llantera Auto Service, located at 4528 E Lake Mead Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89115, USA, functions as an "Auto Repair Station" within the local community. This establishment is positioned to serve vehicle owners in Las Vegas, offering a range of automotive repair and tire-related services. As a local business, it aims to provide accessible vehicle maintenance and repair solutions to its clientele.

The environment of Durango Llantera Auto Service, based on its classification as an auto repair station and tire shop, would typically feature a service bay area for vehicle repairs and installations, alongside a customer waiting area. While specific details about the interior aesthetics or amenities of the waiting room are not available, it is common for such facilities to provide a basic, functional space for customers while their vehicles are being serviced. The address on E Lake Mead Blvd suggests a location within a commercial zone, offering relatively easy access for residents and commuters in that part of Las Vegas. Like most auto repair shops, the primary focus of the environment would be on the practical aspects of vehicle service, with the aim of efficiently moving vehicles through the repair process.

Durango Llantera Auto Service provides a variety of services consistent with a combined auto repair and tire shop. "Llantera" in its name indicates a specialization in tires. Therefore, it is expected to offer a comprehensive range of tire services, including new tire sales, tire mounting and balancing, tire rotation, and flat tire repair. Beyond tires, as an "Auto Repair Station," the facility likely provides general automotive maintenance and repair services. These commonly include, but are not limited to, brake services (which are specifically mentioned in customer feedback), oil changes, battery checks and replacement, fluid checks and flushes, suspension work, and potentially minor engine diagnostics or tune-ups. The goal of such a business is to be a one-stop shop for common vehicle needs, ensuring cars are safe and roadworthy. Their ability to handle various aspects of vehicle care is central to their offering as a local service provider.

The features of Durango Llantera Auto Service, as highlighted by customer feedback, touch upon both operational aspects and customer interaction. A key feature for any auto repair station is its ability to perform necessary repairs correctly and efficiently. However, customer reviews for this specific establishment suggest some significant concerns, particularly regarding the quality of work and customer service in the context of brake replacements. Customers have reported issues such as brakes squeaking and the car shaking after initial service, indicating potential problems with the repair's effectiveness or the quality of parts used. Another notable feature, or rather, a concern, is the communication and honesty regarding repairs and billing. Feedback describes instances where the shop initially misidentified customer-supplied parts (ceramic vs. metallic brakes) and then attempted to levy additional charges to "fix" an issue that appeared to be a result of their initial service. This points to a feature of potentially inconsistent diagnostic accuracy and a challenging customer resolution process, leading to a perception of "dishonest business" and an attempt to "take as much money as they can from you." These features, derived directly from customer experiences, are critical for potential users to consider, as they provide insight into the operational integrity and customer care standards of the business. The repeated need for customers to return for the same issue, and then being asked for additional payment for a resolution that should have been part of the initial service, underscores these concerns. While every business strives for positive features, an objective introduction must include all relevant information, including areas where customer experiences have fallen short of expectations, as this forms part of the public perception and operational reality of the business.

In terms of promotional information, direct advertisements or specific ongoing deals for Durango Llantera Auto Service are not explicitly detailed in the provided information. Generally, auto repair stations promote themselves through a combination of competitive pricing, service warranties, loyalty programs, and community engagement. However, the prominent customer reviews serve as a powerful, albeit negative, form of word-of-mouth promotion. The detailed accounts of dissatisfaction, particularly regarding brake service and subsequent billing issues, act as a significant cautionary message for potential customers. For any business, customer testimonials, whether positive or negative, heavily influence public perception and future patronage. While a business would typically highlight its strengths and offers, the available information heavily emphasizes the challenges faced by customers, suggesting that any 'promotional' efforts might be overshadowed by these experiences. In such cases, the best promotion would be a demonstrable improvement in service quality and customer satisfaction. Prospective customers are advised to exercise due diligence, perhaps contacting the shop directly at (702) 433-3312 or +1 702-433-3312 to inquire about their services and policies, and to carefully consider the experiences shared by previous clients when making their decision about where to take their vehicle for service in Las Vegas.

Durango Llantera Auto Service Customer Reviews

If I could give 0 stars I would. Took my traverse in to have my breaks changed in January (2 months ago). They squeaked still right after I left from getting them done as well as the breaks shaking the car when coming to a stop. I gave it a couple of weeks thinking that they needed to be broken in. Still squeaked. I came back and he said they would fix for free but come back another day because the mechanic was gone for the day. I did this 3 times. Finally I came back and when he looked at them he said they looked good but it was probably because the breaks that I purchased were metallic. I insisted that they were ceramic and even came back with the boxes that they had came in which I had saved and the receipt from purchasing them. THEN he said it’s because the brand I purchased wasn’t good. Came back with a box to show me what I should get and it was the same exact brand but the gold version instead of the regular. I went and got the gold version and came back and he began working on he truck. Came into the waiting room and told me he was still charging me another $100 to fix them. No matter the brand the breaks should NOT squeak or jump after they have been fixed!!! And I should have not had to have to pay any additional money to fix an issue that was clearly at the mechanics fault!! Considering he stated that they looked metallic when he I Initially looked at them, that goes to show that they took my brand new ceramic plates and gave me a cheaper version at the initial time of service. DISHONEST BUSINESS and they will try to take as much money as they can from you. DO NOT GO HERE! You will regret it. I try to support local small businesses instead of major retailers/repair places but instances like these make you wonder who you can trust. Definitely not this auto shop.

Took my wife’s truck here for breaks. They changed them and the brakes were still squeaking and truck seemed to jerked when breaking. We took the truck back and they complained that we had brought metallic brakes. We assured them that they were ceramic and they insisted they were not. Frustrated.. we went home got the receipt and box of the brakes to prove our point they were in fact ceramic. Upon proving them wrong they then said the brakes were cheap. Excuse after excuse for poor work performed. Then tried charging us $100 to fix the bad job that they completed on the truck brakes. I do not recommend this shop. Poor work and bad attitude.

Fast, friendly service!! UPDATING MY REVIEW: When I first started going here the girl that takes payments & pulls the tires ( never got her name) was very sweet. But the past few times she's been really rude. This last time about 2 weeks ago, I THOUGHT I called this location for tires, but it was a different business. So I pull up to Durango, they search for my tires, and can't find them. I show her a picture on my phone of where I called, and she literally laughed in my face, and says "no we're Durango" and walks away laughing and goes talking shit in Spanish to the technician. Surprise, I'm white, but I fluently understand Spanish. Anyway, Everyone makes mistakes, and as a business, you shouldn't make your customer feel uncomfortable for making one. I will never go here again!!

Family run business! Fast service and very good prices, nice people. My Mom got 4 new tires installed and the price was better than any mainstream tire shop. They are bilingual, so communicating is not an issue.

If you go there for tire issues you can be ok but don't go there to use their mechanic services!!! I went there to get the brake pads changed. The day after I feel the wheels are shaking and I see the check engine light coming on, so I went at the AutoZone to get the reading on the code and it turn out to be the ABS (anti-lock braking system). So I brought the car back to them and their mechanic stated that the brakes are good, it took out the left tire and he showed me that it was the axle that needed to be changed. I didn't trust him because there's no connection between the check engine light coming on and the axle, as he was claiming. I went to another mechanic, he took out the left AND the right tire and surprise surprise, the guy at durango auto service didn't put the bolt of the axle back on!!!!!!! This can be for only 2 reason: 1) he forgot or he even didn't think about it, and that mean that he he totally unprofessional 2) he did it on purpose to make me go back and possibly spend more money to have the axle changed by him They could have have caused a serious damage at my car or even an accident with the axle didn't bolt back. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!!!!
