DRC Towing

Daniel was amazing! He was fast and very fair and totally saved me and my family when our car broke down on I-90. I would highly recommend. Thanks again Daniel!

I highly recommend DRC! After waiting over 2 hours for another tow company to get my son and his vehicle, I called DRC and he was there in a half hour. He even offered to go pick my son up to get him out of the cold, before he went and got his tow truck from another location. Very friendly, compassionate and fast!

Car broke down on the highway in downtown. Had issues with other towing companies around. Called and he was there fast and was friendly! Excellent service and very personable! Best towing service in Cleveland hands down! Went above and beyond to help me out! I would recommend to anyone in the Cleveland area!

I found myself in quite the pickle today in a hospital parking garage where my emergency brake got stuck and the car was not going anywhere. I called and Daniel came and saved the day. He was fast, efficient and affordable... everything you need in a towing company. I highly recommend him for all your towing needs!

This man is an absolute angel. Two days ago during the first snowfall of the season our power went out at 11pm. My mother in law relies on medical equipment to keep her alive and our generator broke a couple weeks prior. When the power hasn't came back on by 4am we knew we were in trouble. We were frantically calling anyone who might have a generator for us to use to keep her equipment charged. My husband is the one who reached out to Daniel and told him the situation we were in. Daniel listened to what my husband had to say and said he would be right over! He was at our house within 30 minutes setting up the generator with my husband. He had it running within minutes and my mother in laws equipment was charging. We welcomed Daniel and his cute little dog into our home and had many conversations during his time with us, we laughed, shared stories and pictures. Unfortunately, the power did not come on within the time frame the electric company stated. Daniel said he would leave his generator here with us and pick it up the following day. The power stayed out until after 1pm the following day. Daniel was a godsend to our family. Without him we would have had to transfer my mother in-law to the hospital. I would highly recommend Daniel and his company to anyone who needs help. It's not very often you find a genuinely kind human being but he is a wonderful person. Thank you so very much again!!!
