Enjoyed the experience! I did the oil change, and the price was well below what other shops charge. They also did a complementary comprehensive check on my vehicle and sent me a digital report. And they did not try to sell me any of the fixes that were shown on the report. Luis, at the front desk, was a pleasure to deal with, very helpful and knowledgeable. And the waiting room had a tv, comfy seats and complimentary beverages. Definitely recommend!!!

The dealership wanted $160 to do an "inspection" before they would deal with a very unambiguous issue. Called Dragonfly and they were able to resolve the issue for 15% of the cost of the dealership inspection. Everything was outstanding! The only reason I have not yet given a 5-star review is because I will be taking my car back in for brakes. Will update following that. Thanks, Dragonfly! Update 3/1 Upped review from 4 to 5 stars. Took my car in for brakes, starting with inspection. The team kept me updated and informed me that my brakes were still in good shape. Dragonfly has given me a degree of confidence that I don't need to always go to the dealership for service!

I am extremely satisfied with Dragonfly Automotive in San Diego. I researched AAA Approved Repair Shops in San Diego to locate a reliable auto mechanic and found a listing of 40 shops in San Diego. After reviewing all of them on the Internet, I decided to go with Dragonfly Automotive. Julio from Dragonfly was excellent explaining details of the different options of tires with pricing and warrantees. When I took the car in for the service, the steering wheel was shaking; however, after 4 tires were replaced and aligned, the shaking problem was gone. The service was completed promptly. I had to get the job done on Sat, and they completed the service on the same day. I also got an AAA discount, which was great. I strongly recommend Dragonfly Automotive to my family and friends. I left a voicemail as they were closed. 2 Days later, they return a call, do not answer my question and act as if they didn't fail to call back in a timely manner. Hard pass. The urgency in automotive repairs is a safety issue. I am very sure they're busy enough that they don't really mind missing the business today and in the future, including referrals that I regularly make to USD students. Meh. No rebuilding that burned bridge...
