Just purchased a new to us car for the third time from Don Tester Ford. It's the first and only dealership where my buying experience has been truly pleasurable. Everyone has truly made us feel like the only person in the room. A special shout out goes to our sales consultant, Sal Herrera who gives us impeccable treatment both during and after the sale. Although it may be awhile, I can't wait to return to do this again.

Couldn’t of been a more pleasant experience with a dealership. They were more than friendly and made it feel like you were apart of the family. Huge thank you for Tyler for doin what you do. Highly recommend especially because they don’t do any add on fees that are non applicable. I got the car yesterday and they replaced the battery, oil, and did extra detailing even though they already did it when they brought the car in. I had a long drive home, but they just gave me a call making sure I made it home safely and that if I ever need anything to give them a call. Highly recommend if I could go above 5 stars I would.

We bought my escape in yesterday for oil change and the works, well yesterday evening my husband got down to look to make sure dust cover was secure and found a small leak around drain plug and filter because neither was tightened. And dust cover was missing. Took it back this morning and only explanation given was that the tech usually doesn't do that. 🤷
