Car accident. We can take vehicle anywhere. Chose Dons off a recommendation. Car Totaled. Called stating I would come to get my stuff. Same with insurance. Dons released car to a junk yard without authorization. Now I get to drive 1.5 hours away to hopefully get my stuff. Dept was helpful contacting the yard but they assumed authorization without checking. No accountability. Time to car shop elsewhere sadly.

We have brought multiple of our vehicles here. This past appointment was the last appointment sadly. Scheduled for a LOF/rotate and a tire repair on a rear driver side tire that had been leaking consistently over the last 2 months with air being added weekly. 27 minutes into the appointment they called stating there was no leak and I was not happy because I drive this vehicle daily and knew there was an issue with that tire. I informed the gentleman that it was most definitely leaking and I suggested resealing the rim if possible. Mind you the vehicle is just shy of 3.5 years old so the age and quality of the tire is not a factor. On top of that, you presented to me a cabin and engine filter that needed replaced, but NEVER mentioned it in the video service. NOBODY called us back the rest of the day to update us on the vehicle and what they did to the tire. They NEVER communicated that they resealed our rim. We picked up the vehicle and took it home, only to notice a significant amount of white sticky substance on our black rim that was also NOT ROTATED which we discovered after noticing the tire was still in the exact same spot and if it they did not need rotated that should of been communicated to us. When speaking with the service manager the next day, he proceeded to tell me they have NO record on file of the rim reseal. I have images if needed to preview. They also did not put a window sticker in the vehicle. We were suppose to bring the vehicle back for the rotate and sticker but we honestly just do not want too. Side note: It has been exactly 17 days since this appointment and we have not needed to add air like we would of had to by now which indicates to me they did not want to spend the time to correct the tire.

Excellent experience dealing with all departments. Detail always gets my cars extremely clean, parts always communicates with me on the eta of my parts. Sales always finds me the best deal, and service takes really good care of the repairs with great communication. 30/24 would recommend.

Scheduled a recall and oil change 3 weeks in advance, just for them to tell me upon arrival they will not be taking care of the recall work they are legally obligated to do. Reasoning “I don’t have time today” 3 weeks scheduled in advance. Terrible service, will not refer this place to anyone. Horrible experience. Would not purchase a vehicle here, would not get a vehicle serviced here. If there was a worse option for 1 star I’d give it to them. An absolute JOKE
