I came here to because it was convenient to all the errands that I was running that day. I had a small leak on my Acura’s tire. It appeared to be from the valve stem because when I went to put air in the tires, the valve stem would continue to hiss with the air coming out even when it’s not touched. I came in and Jose helped me. He was polite and friendly when greeting me. Affer approximately 45 min later, the car was ready. They were unable to find a leak in the tire itself and just replaced the valve stem with a new one. Apparently they broke my tpms sensor while taking the wheel off the tire and replaced it with a brand new one. Keep in mind I had some custom black Roti-form wheels and I also had custom black valve stem nuts and caps to keep it an all black look. About 2 hours after I left, I looked at my Roti-form wheels and it had a silver metal valve stem but which stood out from the black wheel and the rest of my wheels were all black. I called back and spoke to a “Lucas,” who had an attitude and was unhelpful. First of all he never even apologized about not putting back the black valve stem nut. He also didn’t offer to go look for it or for me to come back and they would replace it. He also thought it was a valve stem cap. After several moments of awkward silience of him not seeming to care or offer any kind of solution. I basically told him that I was coming back to get my black valve stem nut back. He was like okay. I then drove back while interrupting my baby’s nap time to get everything right at Discount Tire. I saw Jose who helped me the first time. Jose was surprised that I was back. I told him what the issue was and he went back inside the bay looking for the black valve nut. Keep in mind that Jose never apologized for my inconvenience either and I had to get my toddler ready and drive back. He came back to the waiting around 15 min later and said he couldn’t find my black nut cover. I was like well it’s now not matching with the one silver valve stem nut. He sorta looked at me and didn’t really care. He said where did I get it from? I was like it’s a WheelMate nut cover and you can get it online anywhere. Jose said he couldn’t find any black covers that will fit the new tpms they put in my tire. This wouldn’t even be a problem if they didn’t break my oem Tpms in the first place. Still offering no apologies and me telling him that it doesn’t look right with the silver valve stem, he said for me to go order it and they will reimburse me. I was like really? That’s their solution. I told him to go look inside the trash can as they were the ones to lose mine in the first place. He said he looked everywhere. I left super upset and annoyed. First of all, the inconvenience of me having to drive back and their attitudes on the phone and in person. I expected better customer service from Discount Tire. I always have a motto of treating others like you want to be treated. I am sure none of them would been happy if somebody spoke like that to them and left their car with a silver missmatching valve stem where the rest are all black. I would highly avoid this location as the employees here are not helpful and professional. I understand that everybody makes mistakes, but it’s about how its handled. A simple, look, I really apologize for the mistake and your inconvenience, let me make it right and find you some black valve stem covers to match the rest of your wheels. That’s all that really was needed. But I guess their customer service and professionalism isn’t up to par. I definitely recommend some retraining on their case. 2/28/25 update: I have changed my review to a 5 stars review as the awesome store manager here has taken care of me and made things right. He went beyond what I expected and I am very happy. I will definitely be coming back to this location again. I recommend everybody as well!

Weekend tires swap was a breeze! They had a couple of choices for my two tires. Service was super quick, easy, and the price was right. I'll definitely return for future tire needs. Great experience!

Christopher and the team did an awesome job installing tires to my brand new set of wheels. Even though during installation they chipped some point off one of them they recognized the mistake and responded accordingly. Chris was also super awesome in helping me configure the new TPMS sensors after I personally installed the wheels on the car. Would definitely recommend this store, and I would definitely come back!

They installed the tires I purchased on tirerack.com (same company now) without any issues. Took about 2 hours wait time instead of the expected 1 hour, with a reservation but, I was about 10 minutes late to my appt so that could caused the delay. I proactively asked for 32 PSI in all tires. I leave and I have 45 PSI. You'd think a shop that does this all day would know what the car calls for. Admittedly, the Mercedes info on the door jamb in confusing. That's why I asked for 32 PSI ahead of time, which was ignored. Drove right back before leaving the parking lot and they promptly corrected it. A good installation experience overall. ----- Update 7000 miles later: Went for a tire balance and rotation today. All went well and on time based on my appointment. I watched them cross the rears to the front and dl move the grunts straight to the rear like they're supposed. They checked the balance on all tires too but nine needed rebalancing. Pretty good experience today on the rotation.
