Gone downhill. Used to be helpful, only one guy there tried. Essentially make sure all you buy there is logged to your phone number to avoid issues with returns and warranty. Even then you might have issues! Issue: battery on warranty, couldn’t find it in system. Said still shows good battery after 2 tests, my mechanic proved it was no good. After 3 store visits, 5 phone calls, picture of dated battery, proof from my mechanic, bank statement of payment, they miraculously located the purchase. Then said I needed to talk to the Manager who works tomorrow not today to help. So I called the 800 number after I purchased a battery because I needed to drive. Finally someone helped, but nightmare to deal with and missed several hours of work because of this. I will not go back to this store ever again after this experience. Autozone, I hope you’re better! Also Advanced is the only ones who keep stickers, like attached, on their batteries for warranty checks so you all know.

Went in looking for axle parts and was greeted by Lindsay and she was extremely resourceful and very knowledgeable. I really don’t know much about cars and not only was she patient with me. She explained to me how they work and which parts would best suit my needs. We need more people like this who actually enjoy their job love helping customers and know what they’re talking about!!!!!
