Discount Tire

My tire pressure light came on and I stopped by the newest oside location. I was promptly greeted by Mark who checked my tires and informed me I have a hole in one, but assured me it could be patched, the technician Isiah was informative the entire process. The manager Cody was friendly as well. The staff were welcoming and gave excellent customer service. Such a great team at the mission ave location!

Today I had a nail in my tire and I showed up at 8 o’clock and they took me right away and were able to replace my tire since I had the coverage on it. Samuel helped me right away and Jason was the gentleman that took care of the car. Thank you to you both and to Discount Tire I love this new location and its staff!!

I have been a Discount Tire customer for many years, in both California and Nevada. I have always been pleased with the customer service and workmanship at every location I have used. My experience with this brand new store was no different. I live very close by and will now be using this location for all my tire needs in the future.

I stopped in today to get air put in my tires due to the light being on. Unfortunately for me a nail had done major damage to my tires and had to get it replaced. I was assisted by Cody. Cody was professional, and helpful. He also talked to me about getting my wiper blades changed out, something I've been meaning to do. An unexpected stop happened to not be too bad at all. I'll start coming to this location as it is convenient and the great service received. Thanks Cody

Got a flat out in Fallbrook this evening. This was the closest Discount Tire to us. I called while my husband put the spare on, asking if they had time to take us since they closed in a few hours. The gentleman said “just head over and we will take care of you!” (I think his name was Alfonso.) Very reassuring. The shop layout allows you to look into the garage and watch the team work, which is really cool. The team worked quickly and efficiently, and the manager (I can’t remember his name, a tall blonde man in a jacket, he was very sweet) helped us save a few bucks on all four tires. We were ready to go in under two hours. I have yet to have a poor experience at a Discount Tire! Hope that team is getting paid well for their talent and hard work.

David the store manager was awesome in assisting me to get my tires covered by warranty. Feel comfortable and confident in my tire case thru Discount. The new building is awesome as well-- tons of parking, space and an entrance in the rear of the building. Grateful to know my tires are covered for 60k miles! Happy driving.

I had both of my vehicles tires replaced this week at this location. Great facility, excellent but not pushy service. Every team member I came across seemed genuinely helpful. They’ve earned my business going forward. Desk help both times was Alfonso. Let me know my options but didn’t push me to make a buying decision I didn’t want to make. Isa was the one who I checked out with-recommended how to maintain my tires for longevity/safety and the future(free) services they provide. Could not reccomend more

A brand new beautiful facility, with truly great customer service! My experience today having my standard tires removed and snow/winter tires installed for a ski trip to Canada was excellent. The team of Sammy, Amarie and Jason were wonderful, can't rave enough!
