I went here for an inspection and was asked if the car has check engine light or tints. Car is 2023 and I told him no check engine and has tints in the back that came with the vehicle… he said he couldn’t pass the car for inspection. The owner never looked at the car to see if the tints were legal. Only said he could not pass due to some law passed two years ago… this place will NEVER get my business again! Took it to another place that didn’t question any of that! I may be a woman but you didn’t have to be dismissive and ignore my point. I knew he was wrong!

Had the worst experience here. Bought a car here after I got a reference. After 6 months, the car over heated and the engine was cooked. I brought it to the shop and not only was the problem misdiagnosed, but that didn't stop them from banging my over the head with a hefty bill. Be aware, if you buy a lemon from Dimm, they won't do the right thing. Also, when I picked up the car after it was looked at, the window was wide open with an empty cup inside. Unprofessional. Beware...

The owner Doug knows his cars and has consistently cared for my cars and I have no complaints. Him and his staffs work is professional and very reasonable. Would highly recommend!

My dad my uncle and my aunt all go to Douglas to get their trucks fixed and he does a great job. I have been a couple of times for state inspections with my old car. Now I have a used truck and it needs a lot of TLC. Douglas has been very fair and helped me get the truck Where it needs to be. This is saying a lot for me because I usually think mechanics try and rip me off because I’m a female but not here. Even the staff is friendly and the other mechanics are as well. I will definitely recommend getting your car serviced here. You will not be disappointed. Oh and did I mention they are fast too. They don’t take hours upon hours like other places that just want to jack up the labor fees. If they can fix it in 30 mins then your car is ready and your out the door. Thanks DIMM V

Good honest work . My mechanic for over a decade . The owner doug is not only a good mechanic he is a good man . This is a neighborhood mechanic who takes care of the neighborhood people with there car needs . Honest reliable and wont rip you off like most auto places . He is an A1 mechanic and person .
