I'm blown away by the exceptional service from Diesel Fleet Service! Their 24/7 support is truly phenomenal. When I needed urgent assistance with my Volvo I-shift transmission, they went above and beyond. Despite TA's restrictions on outside mechanics, they found a way to help. Their communication was top-notch - respectful, prompt, and courteous. I'd give them 10+ stars if I could! I highly recommend their services to anyone in need. I broke down in the mountains of South Carolina, carrying 12,000 lbs on my trailer. Being unfamiliar with the area (I live in MO) and it being a weekend, I was hopeless! I Googled roadside truck repair and Diesel Fleet Services was the ONLY service shop willing to help. Russ came out, on a Saturday mind you, and after examination, found a massive hole in my resivoire. Without the part on hand, he brainstormed temporary fixes that could get me home. His price was fair and the work reliable as I was able to make it home to my regular mechanic. My mechanic described the temp fix as "genius." Thanks, Russ, for an honest job done well!

Very very great service and even better response time! Gave them a call to come out and fix 3 air lines on my dump truck and express how argent I needed it done told me it would be a hour wait and that actually showed up 30mins before!! Highly recommended

WARNING: STAY AWAY!!!!! They charged us $1,000 for a single tire change. BUT The "mechanic" mounted the tire on a damaged rim, causing it to fall off when we got back on the road! When we informed them they came back after few hours later, then they finally inspected the rim and wanted to charge us an additional $600. We explained we couldn’t afford that, but they still took another $300 from us for no valid reason and without fixing the rim or anything, they charged us because of the "mechanic" got back. When we asked for assistance on the price, they threatened to call the state patrol! We had to get help from another tire shop and got it fixed with less than $200!!

It was great experience with them they were really helping person . . I would prefer everyone to visit this place .reasonable price snd better service what else we want being a trucker .
