Can't see how anyone can say this is an honest business when they take advantage of elderly people. Sold my father a car that Dick did not disclose the car was wrecked then repaired. Had a inspection sticker put on when in fact should not have passed an inspection. Will not fix what it needs to pass inspection.

TERRIBLE - took advantage of an 83 year old man - sold him JUNK and will not provide a proper Title. Now we have a vehicle that cannot be driven or sold...

Worse experience ever at a garage. The prices were average I guess. But the customer service was horrible. Dropped my car off on a Wednesday evening like planned with him so he could work on it Thursday. I called him at 3:00 Thursday to see if he had looked at it yet. He said yes and was working on it at the moment. He asked if I wanted to pick it up that day or the next. I told him I’d be up that day and asked how much it would cost. He said he wouldn’t know until he was finished but he would call when it was done. He never called. He said to come as late as possible. Like around 5. I said okay I’d be there at 5. Got there at 5. He was closed up. Lights out. His wife came out of the house next door and said he had to take off. I said he told me to come at 5 for the car. She said he would be back in 20 minutes. I waited for 30 minutes. This is after walking a mile from my house. He never showed up. I walked back home. Got the car on Friday after I went there again and had to wait 10 minutes until he showed up from the parts store. Told him everything about the night before. He had no remorse. No compassion. I recommend you stay far far away from that junkyard.

Completely unprofessional, no communication at all. My SUV which we bought for winter driving sat.Under a snowbank all winter in the back lot of this auto body shop. We brought it in for a problem with the coil packs instead of fixing the problem that we brought it in for this man decided to fix everything else and then hit us with a nineteen hundred dollar bill. For reference we dropped the car off in september and didn't get it back till march. The job that we dropped it Off four could have been Done in just a couple hours instead he kept it for 8 months and didn't even fix the problem. After paying this man nineteen hundred dollars My husband went out and Purchase the parts that we originally needed replaced and Did the job himself in my driveway in just a Couple hours. Absolutely ridiculous.Do not bring your vehicle here if you plan to use it for transportation.This man will keep it for a year. And give it back to you without the repair stun and a halfppy bill
