Details and Dents (Ceramic Coatings, Mobile Detailing, & Dent Repair)

I've used details and dents for years for paint correction , wheel polishing and Painless Dent Removal. Recently they sprayed and replaced my back bumper and tailgate . He also hit the border on my front grille ( this is no easy task because the grille was factory chrome it's alot of prep work) which made the truck look completely different. I'm a stickler with my vehicles and paint work. They nailed it all around . They have done vinyl work for me and tinted headlights and windows to my wife's vehicle. Hard to find a good body / paint shop. Highly recommend. Great job guys!

Chase and.his guys did a great job repairing 23 Denali .New bumper ,got the Dent out and Repainted. It was Fast ,Affordable and great quality work ! Highly recommend.

These guys are great! Quick service and very knowledgeable. While parked downtown, someone opened their car door and hit my passenger door, leaving behind a small dent. We went to see Ryan, who quoted the repair, at the State Park Road location. Met Chase a few hours later in Greer and he had the dent fixed in no time. He also pointed out another small dent and fixed it while I was there. Everything was done in less than three hours 👏🏼

I towed my care to Details and Dents after a minor wreck. I live out of town, so a family member took care of most of the interaction with the employees and picking up my car. All the body work looked beautiful, but it wasn't driven significantly for a few weeks until I could coordinate getting it. After driving it a few hours, it started steaming, and I took it to another shop more local to me. I called details and dents, very upset, but fully expecting a slew of excuses and blame shifting. The individual I talked to (Clay?) was extremely patient and respectful. Although he did explain what his workers had done to test my car, he didn't offer excuses and wanted to be sure I was satisfied with customer service. He helped offset the additional repairs it needed. He offered an alternative explanation for the new problems with my vehicle, but he did not offer excuses and made up for even the possibility they had missed something during the original repairs. He went above and beyond what I was expecting, and I would most certainly recommend. If I was still local, I would use again. Side note: the local shop I took my vehicle to was surprised and impressed by the extent Details and Dents went to offset the further repairs and make sure I was happy with their service.
