I don’t usually leave reviews like this, but Designer Auto World deserves it. I brought my car in for some much-needed TLC, and when I picked it up, I was blown away—it looked better than it has in years. What really sets them apart is how they treat you. Everyone I talked to was so kind, honest, and easy to work with. You can tell they take pride in their work and care about their customers, which is hard to find these days. Work was not started until 3 weeks later. There is no communication with this shop. RUN AWAY. Don’t come here. They are very nasty and will ask you for money they didn’t do. They broke my car bumper then tried to burn it together. They asked me to pay for a wheel alignment but it was never done. They scam you out your work. Don’t come here. Jose and David are horrible and they step all over the mechanics. Was stealing piece out my car.
