I've never taken my car "to the dealer" for service, but had a recall to address, so I brought it in for an inspection. The entire process was super smooth. LOVE the pull-in bays during bad weather. The video summary they text you is nice too. Everyone was efficient and very friendly - Lisa very much included. It's nice to have one person to work with throughout the process. Will definitely return.
