I have to take the time to give Jacob at Dellenbach Motor Service Center a shout out! I had an appointment to get services done on my 2021 Equinox and when something unexpectedly came up, I called! Jacob not only got my car in at the earliest convenience he made the experience so easy! He maintained a secure and comfortable conversation that made me feel at ease. I continue to keep my business with Dellenbach because they’re the BEST in northern Colorado.

Arrived 30min prior to my scheduled appointment and checked in at the newly placed kiosk. While checking in, a gentleman came and retrieved my keys and pulled my vehicle outside. I completed my checkin and made eye contact with four service advisors on my way to the waiting area. Approximately 40 minutes after starting check-in, I noticed that my vehicle was outside, idling and unattended. After asking the porter what the heck was going on, he told me he didn't know and directed me to the service manager at my request. After speaking with the service manager, he initially told me that since I had scheduled diagnostics with my preventive maintenance, I was not to use the kiosk. No signs or clear directions had been posted, and no service advisors had even attempted to make contact for the previous 40 minutes I had been in their service waiting room. I had previous received an email stating that an advisor would get me to discuss cost, etc. Seeing that it was the high volume dropoff time, I did not go bother the advisors as chances are they wouldnt have information until it went into the bay anyway. If I had to rate the departments separately, I would rate advising a 2 and the techs a 4.

Had a decent experience with the body shop. Good work done within the time they quoted. They were nice and gave me a ride to pick up my rental car. Unfortunately I had a poor experience with an oil change. Had an appointment 3/23/24 at 9:30am (you can find me in your records based on that, don't pretend you don't know who I am). Waited an hour and half because they prioritized someone else ahead of my simple scheduled oil change. Another customer came in after me and they kept coming to the waiting room giving him updates on all the stuff they were doing to the vehicle he brought in while mine just sat there. Logically, they should've knocked out the quick oil change on mine first. I don't know if he was someone's friend or if they saw the potential for more profit. Regardless, that doesn't make me feel like a valued customer. I'll be doing my own oil changes from here on out, but I'm concerned about relying on them for any future warranty or repair work. My wife and I both purchased vehicles (Silverado and Suburban) here in the past year. Cam and his dad are nice guys, but I think a visit to Davidson Gebhardt Chevy is in our future.
