Don’t go there, if you’re not white. They don’t treat you as a customer but something else. I wasn’t feeling good when one of the employees was beckoning me to come as if he’s my boss. And all the employees there were laughing at me making a mistake. Gossiping as if I can’t hear them or understand what they’re talking about. I was very disappointed as someone who really likes Hyundai and that’s why I bought Hyundai over other german or Japanese cars. Once again, if you’re white, DO NOT GO. It’s even worth to go other dealership in other regions that are 1-2hr drive from Erie.
