Danny, Brian and the team are fair, honest, know their stuff and are the nicest people in the business. Just recently, Danny went out of his way to install a hybrid car battery for us so we could get to work. We’ve brought our cars to Danny for years and will continue to do so!

I called this mechanic shop because it’s close by and I needed help with my car, which wasn’t starting. I let them know I was planning to tow my car to their shop for repairs. Brian answered the phone, but the experience was disappointing from the start. When I asked if they could look at the car the same day (Friday), Brian told me they probably wouldn’t be able to. I then asked if they worked on weekends, and he said no. When I asked if they could get to it on Monday, he responded that he didn’t know because they were busy, without offering any further solutions or options. It felt like he was essentially telling me they didn’t want my business. The lack of communication, unwillingness to provide alternatives, and indifferent attitude made for a really poor customer service experience. I expected a more professional and helpful response, especially from a neighborhood mechanic shop.

My wife was in Malibu by herself. We live 5 hours away. One of her truck windows got stuck down on a Friday afternoon. With a long drive ahead of her she needed to get it fixed. I called up and they said they could look at it right away. Not only did they come up with a workable solution, they didn’t charge her. They are proof that good still exists in the world. THANK YOU DANNY’S AUTOMOTIVE!!!
