Jason and his team at Caliber Collision Weatlake did an OUTSTANDING job with my “Nissan S Class”. Honestly taking your car to a bodyshop is the worst. Jason made the whole experience, from the first phone call to the day I drove out of the parking lot with my car I could not have hoped for a better experience!! I was able to drop my rental off with them, saving me additional headaches. He even had my baby sitting where I could see her! I could not be more pleased with their work, and their attention to detail! Thanks again!

I had a great experience with Caliber Collisions Westlake! Jason and Josh were tremendously communicative and helpful. They were proactive about the Thanksgiving holiday and provided above and beyond service to ensure my car was delivered back to me safely. In each phone call Jason provided me with clear and detailed updates regarding my vehicle which was extremely reassuring. It was clear from our conversations that they care about taking their time to provide excellent service with no compromises. When I received my car back, it was spotlessly clean and as good as new!

I decided to take my vehicle here after it was repaired poorly by Caliber Collision in Valencia off Anza. They are BMW certified and thought they would do a better job. It was for minor repairs on front bumper , hood and right front fender. They ended up having to repaint half the car because they couldn't do a proper blend on the doors and fenders. They did such a poor job that it was picked up by their regional manager and brought to their shop in Thousand Oaks were I was told It would be done correctly. If your looking for a certified BMW collision repair shop please look elsewhere!

Caliber collision was the very best. Jason and his team were the best. They let me know how things were going with the repair on my 2020 Hybrid Lexus. Jason was so compassionate and caring to me and my husband, I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision to anyone who needs repair on their car.
